This innovative solution works by harnessing and reutilizing the energy from secondary steam it produces. At its core, this process involves the secondary steam generated by the evaporator being expertly compressed using a high energy efficiency steam compressor. This transformation converts electrical energy into thermal energy, effectively increasing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature then returns the steam to the evaporator, where it heats the materials, prompting evaporation. This ingenious cycle facilitates the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization, ensuring maximum efficiency and sustainability.
The DML series steam compressor, known for its low temperature rise, is meticulously engineered with precision components including a robust compressor body, which features elements like the volute, impeller, main shaft, and bearing housing, as well as seals for optimal performance. Complementing this setup are a coupling, a motor, and sophisticated electric instruments, all working in harmony to deliver unparalleled performance and reliability.
3.3.1 The compressor base should be elegantly positioned on the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to perfectly adjust the unit level.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring precise leveling of the unit. Securely spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4~5 strategic points.
These wedges should be crafted and installed by the user, custom-tailored to the specific scenario. Ensure the contact surface is impeccably finished for even contact.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain absolute levelness. Leveling specifications for the unit are: axial level at an exact 0.05/1000mm, and horizontal level also at a precise 0.10/1000mm.
Both ensure unparalleled stability and performance.
3.3.3 Achieve perfect centering of the coupling. Prior to commencing alignment, verify these essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is safely switched off.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to prevent damage.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision.
4) Verify the motor installation plane is impeccably flat and free from any foreign objects, dirt, or attachments.
5) The motor bolt holes must generously exceed bolt size, allowing effortless bolt loosening for motor adjustments.
6) Amass a sufficient collection of stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they cover the motor feet adequately without attachments, maintaining perfect flatness.
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, provided by the customer.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below.
9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is designed to mount a dial indicator precisely on the wheel hub edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet with precision, aligning the compressor and motor center lines expertly. Ensure the outer circle deviation does not exceed 0.05mm.
11) Once aligned, meticulously tighten the motor foot bolts. Re-examine the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout for perfection.;
12) Post motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section, ensuring seamless operation.
3.3.4 Upon fine-tuning the casing's levelness and alignment, secure the anchor bolts. After mechanical trial runs, expertly loosen and re-tighten the bolts for optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller's rapid rotation necessitates vigilance. Any solid or liquid intrusion may lead to irrevocable damage. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine, meeting the steam corrosion grades. If not, corrective measures, like installing solid-liquid separators, are strongly advised.
3.3.6 Install the compressor’s inlet and outlet pipes with finesse. All pipelines should feature appropriate accessories per the PI diagram, and must be independently supported, never relying on the compressor's body for weight support.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete base has fully solidified, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures optimal functionality and performance, setting the stage for seamless operation.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency and safety, ensure the compressor's electric control cabinet is positioned within a convenient 5 meters of the compressor. Use threading pipe for wiring, ensuring it runs underground to maintain neatness and protection. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, meticulously link the wiring terminals to the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless connection for precise control and monitoring.
