3.3.1 The compressor base, a testament to engineering excellence, is to be integrally placed on the foundation. Carefully position wedge-shaped shims under the base, ensuring the unit achieves perfect level.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons meticulously. Once the unit is immaculately leveled, proceed to spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at four to five strategic points, securing an unwavering foundation.
The wedge, an embodiment of precision, shall be crafted and installed by the user to suit the specific scenario. Its contact surface should be finished to perfection, promising an even and robust connection of the inclined plane.
Notably, the bearing capacity of the wedge iron must remain within a threshold, not exceeding 40Kg/cm², to maintain optimal performance.²).
3.3.2 Discover unparalleled accuracy with the use of a level. The unit's leveling demands are stringent: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring unmatched operational stability.

3.3.3 The art of coupling centering is essential. Before embarking on alignment, ensure these pivotal requirements are met:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply to guarantee safety.
2) Elegantly remove the coupling shield, providing clear access.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section, paving the way for precise adjustments.
4) Meticulously check the motor installation plane's flatness to eliminate any unwanted debris, dirt, or foreign attachments.
5) The motor's bolt hole should graciously accommodate a larger size than the bolt itself, allowing effortless adjustments when needed.
6) Ensure ample availability of stainless steel gaskets to securely cover the motor's foot. These gaskets should be impeccably flat and free from any attachments, avoiding the use of long and thin gaskets for adjustment.
7) Harness the precision of a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a remarkable accuracy of 0.01mm. Note: This tool shall be provided by our esteemed customer.
8) Prepare to support the dial indicator confidently with a specially designed bracket, as depicted in the accompanying illustration.
9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket serves as a steadfast platform for installing the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the probe is expertly positioned on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) By tactfully adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center line flawlessly. Maintain a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face should be perfected to a deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout, ensuring optimal alignment.;
12) Upon the successful completion of the motor idling test, elegantly reinstall the coupling's intermediate section, culminating the alignment process with finesse.
3.3.4 With the casing's "levelness" and alignment now perfected, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operations, loosen and retighten the bolts to fortify the unit's stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must remain pristine. Any foreign solid or liquid intrusion can cause irreversible damage. Therefore, ensure all connected pipelines are immaculate and comply with the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Pipelines not meeting these criteria must be rectified immediately.To safeguard the impeller, consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the direct pipeline connecting to the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, adhering to the PI diagram's guidance. Ensure the ancillary pipeline accessories are fitted accordingly. Moreover, support the connected pipeline with an independent bracket, thus alleviating any undue weight burden on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary components are meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved full solidity, it's time to proceed with the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that the system is functioning with precision and efficiency, ready to meet the demands of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment.
3.3.8 The state-of-the-art electric control cabinet for the compressor is to be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. For optimal connectivity, the wiring must be securely threaded through pipes that traverse underground. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly stationed, it is essential to connect the wiring terminals within this cabinet seamlessly with the lines at the distant DCS, ensuring an uninterrupted flow of control and communication.
