The core principle involves compressing secondary steam, generated by the evaporator, using a high energy efficiency steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy. Consequently, as the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam elevate, this rejuvenated steam returns to the evaporator, heating materials to induce evaporation. This cycle masterfully recycles the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam, epitomizing sustainability and efficiency.
The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor is a marvel of engineering, meticulously crafted from high-quality components. It primarily consists of a sturdy compressor body, which includes the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Coupled with this are a robust motor, coupling, and an advanced electric instrument system. Together, these components work in harmony to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by carefully placing the compressor base integrally on the foundation. Skillfully insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, serving as pivotal tools to ensure the unit's levelness.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons, and once the unit is perfectly leveled, expertly spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. Remember,
these wedges must be meticulously crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific situation. Ensure the contact surface is precisely finished,
allowing for an even connection of inclined planes. Note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain the true level. The unit's leveling requirements demand an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level accuracy of 0.10/1000mm.
The unit's balance is a testament to meticulous engineering, ensuring optimal performance.

3.3.3 Attain perfect alignment of the coupling. Before initiating this precision alignment process, ensure the following preparatory steps are taken:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Assess the flatness of the motor installation plane, making certain it is free from debris, dirt, or any attachments;
5) The motor's bolt hole should be slightly larger than the bolt itself, allowing for necessary adjustments by loosening the bolt;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are free of attachments and adequately flat. Avoid using long and thin gaskets between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a supporting bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated in the figure below;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to strategically place a dial indicator on the hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Methodically adjust the bolts around the motor feet to ensure the compressor and motor center lines are aligned. Aim for a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line, and a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finally, securely tighten the motor foot bolts and meticulously review the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling,;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section after successfully completing the motor's idling test.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment are expertly adjusted, firmly fasten the anchor bolts. Following the mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 Protect the high-speed rotating impeller from any foreign solids or liquids, as they can cause irreversible damage. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines failing to meet these standards must be rectified. Consider integrating solid-liquid separation devices, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that all pipelines are equipped with the necessary accessories according to the provided PI diagram. The pipeline connecting to the compressor must be supported by an independent bracket; the compressor body should not bear its weight.
3.3.7 With the main fan and its auxiliary equipment in place and concrete fully solidified, conduct the compressor operational test with confidence.
