By ingeniously harnessing the secondary steam energy it produces, MVR redefines efficiency. At its core, this technology capitalizes on the process whereby secondary steam generated by the evaporator is subjected to high-energy efficiency compression. This transformation of electrical energy into thermal energy results in elevated pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Miraculously, the upgraded steam returns to the evaporator, heating the materials to induce evaporation. Thus, it masterfully recycles the latent heat of vaporization, pioneering a sustainable pathway for energy reuse.
The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor is a marvel of engineering, meticulously designed with a robust and precise composition. It features a compressor body, including a volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal, complemented by an efficient coupling. Additionally, it integrates a powerful motor and advanced electric instruments. This sophisticated assembly ensures top-tier performance, reliability, and efficiency in every application.
3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base upon its designated foundation. Carefully position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure the unit achieves perfect leveling.
Strategically place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating arrangement. Once the unit is level, skillfully spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 points to secure stability.
Users are responsible for manufacturing and installing the wedges, tailored to adapt to the specific conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are meticulously finished for an even meeting of inclined planes.
The load-bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not surpass 40Kg/cm2.
3.3.2 Employ a leveling tool to meticulously find the precise level. The unit's leveling specifications are as follows: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Centralize the coupling with dedicated focus. Prior to commencing alignment, confirm adherence to these preparatory steps:
1) Safely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Detach the protective shield of the coupling;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor's installation plane flatness, ensuring it is free of foreign objects, dirt, and any obstructions;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole exceeds the bolt size to allow for loosening and necessary motor adjustments;
6) Stock adequate stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's feet. These gaskets should be clean and impeccably flat, avoiding long or thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter, achieving an accuracy of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket for the dial indicator, as illustrated in the provided diagram;
9) Mount the motor wheel hub bracket to affix a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, and ensure the probe contacts the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor foot's adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines nearly perfectly (or follow specific instructions). Maintain a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle, with the motor shaft center line positioned higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Ensure coupling end face deviation is between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Double-check the accuracy of the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout.
12) After performing a motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, tighten the anchor bolts diligently. Post mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure unwavering stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical, high-speed rotating element. Prevent any solids or liquids from entering, as they can cause irreparable damage to the compressor. Guarantee that all inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor are immaculate and meet the system's steam corrosion standards. Rectify any non-compliant pipelines. Consider installing solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. The import and export pipelines should be fitted with suitable accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported independently by another bracket, so the compressor body does not bear the weight.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its supportive equipment is completed and the concrete base has fully cured, it's time to initiate the exhilarating compressor operation test. This critical stage ensures your system is primed for optimal performance and efficiency.
3.3.8 For optimal functionality, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Ensure that the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet is skillfully routed through threading pipes beneath the ground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within it to the remote DCS lines, thereby guaranteeing seamless integration and superior control.
