This process skillfully converts electrical energy into thermal energy, escalating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated steam returns triumphantly to the evaporator, effectively heating materials to generate evaporation and ingeniously recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To begin the installation of the Power Frequency Steam Compressor with Split Base and Guide Vane by NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD, strategically place the compressor base as a single unit onto a well-prepared foundation. For seamless leveling of the unit, situate wedge-shaped shims beneath the base.
Utilize the technique of alternately placing two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit achieves perfect leveling, secure the structure by spot welding the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points.
The craftsmanship and installation of the wedge should be user-driven, tailored to fit the unique conditions of your environment, ensuring the contact surface is meticulously finished for even contact.
The inclined plane must achieve uniform contact, and the bearing capacity of the wedge irons should not exceed 40 Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 For precise alignment, employ a high-precision level. The unit's axial level should adhere to a meticulous standard of 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level must not exceed 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieving perfect coupling alignment requires attentive preparation. Ensure the following steps are meticulously followed:
1) Commence by disconnecting the primary power source;
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield;
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Rigorously inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolt size for flexible adjustments;
6) Assemble ample stainless steel gaskets of quality thickness, free of attachments, for stable support beneath the motor's foot. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, as provided by the customer, for precise measurements;
8) Set up a robust support bracket for the dial indicator as depicted in the illustration below;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator along the wheel hub's edge, positioning the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer boundary;
10) Carefully align by adjusting the bolts around the motor feet. Ensure the compressor and motor centerlines are nearly congruent, maintaining a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft's center line should be strategically positioned higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face deviation between 0.03 and 0.05mm.

11) Conclude the alignment process by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts. Meticulously review both the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling;
12) Upon successful motor idling test, proceed to reinstall the coupling's intermediate section to complete the alignment.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, ensure the anchor bolts are securely fastened. After mechanical operations or trial runs, release and retighten the bolts for optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation necessitates a guarded entry, as any solid or liquid infiltration could lead to irreversible compressor damage. Guarantee the cleanliness and adherence to the system's steam corrosion grade for both inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor. Rectify any pipelines that do not adhere to these standards.
It is strongly recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe to ensure optimal performance.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the inlet and outlet pipes of the compressor. According to the PI diagram, fit all relevant pipeline accessories. The pipeline connecting to the compressor must be supported independently by a separate bracket, ensuring no additional weight is imposed on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its supporting equipment reaches completion, and the concrete has fully set, it is time to commence the compressor operation test. This critical phase ensures that all components are functioning seamlessly and that the system is ready for optimal performance.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius from the compressor itself. The wiring between these components needs to be expertly connected using threading pipes, which should be discreetly routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is positioned, it is essential to link the wiring terminals inside the cabinet with the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) lines, ensuring a reliable and efficient connection.
