Subsequently, the increased temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, effectively heating materials and generating evaporation. This remarkable cycle accomplishes the sustainable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam, embodying a greener approach to energy utilization.

Its ingenious design features the impeller directly mounted at the motor's shaft extension, supported by an advanced oil film bearing. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base integrally on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to adjust and achieve a perfectly level unit.
Alternating two wedge-shaped irons, level the unit precisely. Then, spot weld the wedges in 4-5 strategic points to ensure stability. The user should
craft and install these wedges as per the actual situation. Make sure the contact surfaces are finished for even contact on the inclined plane,
ensuring the bearing capacity of each wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve the requisite unit level. The unit's axial level should be a precise 0.05/1000mm, and its horizontal
level should be 0.10/1000mm, ensuring flawless operation.

3.3.3 Ensure coupling is perfectly centered. Prior to initiating alignment, confirm these essential steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, guaranteeing it is free from debris, dirt, or any obstructive attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are larger than bolt size to allow bolt loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Stock up on adequate stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage. These gaskets must be free from attachments and sufficiently flat. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for motor-base adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (customer to prepare);
8) Prepare a bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount a dial indicator on the hub edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, or follow specific instructions. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face deviation should be 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and re-assess the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts for accuracy;
12) After testing the motor's idle operation, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Ensure the casing's 'levelness' and alignment adjustments are thorough. Firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts to secure final adjustments.

3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed rotating component; any solid or liquid ingress can irreversibly damage the compressor. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and comply with system steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing to meet these criteria must be rectified. Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. Adhere to the PI diagram for related pipeline accessory installations. Ensure the pipelines are supported by independent brackets to prevent weight stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidification, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. This critical step ensures that the high-performance capabilities of our compressor are unleashed with precision and reliability.
3.3.8 To ensure seamless operation, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically installed within a 5-meter proximity to the compressor itself. The electrical wiring connecting the compressor to the control cabinet must be securely laid through threading pipes, which are carefully routed underground. Upon positioning the electric control cabinet, it is essential to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) lines, ensuring an integrated and efficient control setup.
