This process skillfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy. Consequently, there is an elevation in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam, which is then reintroduced into the evaporator to efficiently heat materials and induce evaporation. This cycle brilliantly facilitates the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization inherent in the secondary steam.

3.3.1 Begin by securely positioning the compressor base directly onto its foundation. Utilize precision-engineered wedge-shaped shims to masterfully adjust the unit's level, ensuring optimal performance.
Alternately place two wedge-shaped irons, and once the unit is perfectly leveled, expertly spot weld the irons at 4-5 strategic points. These wedges, crafted and installed by the user,
must be tailored to the specific situation at hand. Ensure that the contact surface is meticulously finished, achieving an even contact on the inclined plane.
Note that the bearing capacity of these wedge irons must not exceed 40Kg/cm²..
3.3.2 Employ a high-precision level to ascertain perfect alignment. The requirements for leveling are stringent: the axial level should achieve a precision of 0.05/1000mm,
while the horizontal level demands a meticulous precision of 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 For flawless coupling alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met before commencement:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply to prevent any electrical hazards.
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield.
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision.
4) Rigorously inspect the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is devoid of any foreign objects, dirt, or unwanted attachments.
5) Confirm that motor bolt holes are generously sized to accommodate bolt adjustments, allowing for seamless motor adjustments.
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to provide sturdy support under the motor. Ensure these gaskets are clean, flat, and perfectly suited for the task, avoiding the use of unsuitable long and thin gaskets.
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, to be sourced by the customer.
8) Set up a robust and reliable bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram.
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to adeptly mount a dial indicator on the hub's edge, placing the probe precisely on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub.
10) By skillfully adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines for precise synchronization. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is limited to 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Conclude the alignment by securely tightening the motor foot bolts. Conduct a thorough review of the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for optimal performance..
12) Following a successful motor idling test, proceed to reinstall the coupling's intermediate section for seamless operation.
3.3.4 After achieving impeccable 'levelness' and alignment, diligently tighten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operation or trial run, methodically loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure enduring stability.
3.3.5 As the impeller is a high-speed rotating marvel, any solid or liquid intrusion may cause irreversible harm to the compressor. Guarantee that all inlet and outlet pipelines are immaculately clean and compliant with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Address any non-compliant pipelines with urgency. It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation technology, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that the import and export pipelines are equipped with the necessary accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipeline must be independently supported by a separate bracket, ensuring that its weight does not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its accompanying components are securely installed and the concrete foundation has fully hardened, it's time to commence the operational testing of the compressor. This critical phase ensures that every element is functioning harmoniously and efficiently.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a strategic 5-meter radius of the unit. Employ threading pipes to create an underground conduit for seamless wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet. After the control cabinet is perfectly positioned, proceed to connect the cabinet's wiring terminals to the lines at the distant DCS, ensuring a robust and reliable communication pathway.
