Our direct compression heat pump distillation utilizes the tower's top vapor phase as the working fluid, elevating its energy level via an advanced external steam compressor. This transformation turns it into a high-temperature heat source for the tower bottom reboiler. As illustrated below, this method is particularly ideal for separation systems where there is a minimal temperature difference and closely matched boiling points between the tower's top and bottom.

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally positioned on the foundation, with wedge-shaped shims strategically placed underneath (for unit leveling adjustments).
Carefully alternate the placement of the wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the irons with spot welds at 4~5 points, ensuring maximum stability. The wedges,
crafted and installed by the user to suit the actual setup, should have a finely finished contact surface to guarantee even pressure distribution across the inclined plane.
Note: The bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Use a precision level to establish the unit's alignment. Leveling criteria: the axial level of the unit must be 0.05/1000mm, with a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Center the coupling with precision. Before commencing alignment, ensure the following essential steps are completed:
1) Disengage the main power supply;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and any attachments;
5) Motor bolt holes must be larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for bolt loosening during motor adjustments;
6) Equip with sufficient stainless steel gaskets to adequately cover the motor's feet. Ensure gaskets are free of attachments and perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated or slender gaskets between the motor and base for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with exceptional accuracy of 0.01mm (customer-provided);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the subsequent figure;
9) The motor hub mounting bracket is crucial for mounting a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet meticulously until the compressor and motor center lines align (or follow specific guidelines). The maximum deviation of the outer circle should be 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face limits between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Conclusively, tighten the motor foot bolts securely, then re-evaluate the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for precision.
12) Reassemble the coupling intermediate section only after satisfactorily completing the motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing 'levelness' and alignment necessitates tightening the anchor bolts. After an operational run (including a trial operation), it is critical to loosen and retighten these bolts for optimal stability.
3.3.5 Due to the impeller's high-speed rotation, any ingress of solids or liquids can irreversibly damage the compressor. Therefore, it is imperative to ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines adhere strictly to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Any non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification. It is highlyrecommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment (like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) preceding the straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet to prevent potential damage.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes, aligning import and export pipelines with the relevant accessories as outlined in the PI diagram. Ensure the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported by an independent bracket, thereby preventing any weight burden on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supportive equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached its full strength and stability, you are ready to embark on the exciting phase of conducting the compressor operation test. This critical step assures seamless integration and optimal functionality of the system.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the High-Efficiency Methanol Compressor with Guide Vane Adjustment Features within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor for efficient management. Ensure that the wiring, elegantly encased in a threading pipe, is carefully directed underground, preserving both safety and aesthetics. Upon the installation of the electric control cabinet, establish connections between the wiring terminals within the cabinet and the remote DCS lines, ensuring a harmonious and synchronized operation.
