Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by integrally placing the compressor base on the foundation. To ensure precise leveling of the unit, position wedge-shaped shims strategically beneath the base.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons, achieving perfect leveling. Secure these shims with spot welds at 4-5 points, ensuring stability.
Craft the wedges according to your specific situation, ensuring even contact of the inclined planes. The contact surface must be finished for optimal performance.

3.3.2 Utilize a level to attain exact leveling. The precision requirement for the unit: the axial level is 0.05/1000mm.

7) Employ a dial indicator or precision laser alignment tool with 0.01mm accuracy for precise measurements.
8) Have a robust bracket ready to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for securing a dial indicator, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet meticulously, aligning the compressor and motor centerline. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor’s shaft centerline elevated.

11) Firmly tighten the motor foot bolts, and reassess both the outer circle and coupling end face runouts to ensure precision.;
12) Conclude by reinstalling the coupling intermediate section post successful motor idling tests.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment are perfected, secure the casing with anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation, repeat the tightening process for added security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, requires protection from solid or liquid ingress to prevent irreversible compressor damage. Ensure connected pipelines are immaculate and meet steam corrosion standards.

3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram for pipeline accessory installation, ensuring pipelines are independently supported to avoid burdening the compressor.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its associated equipment are securely installed and the concrete foundation has achieved full solidity, you are primed to conduct the compressor operation test.
