3.3.1 With precision and care, position the compressor base seamlessly onto the foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve optimal leveling of the unit.
Strategically place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the arrangement by spot welding the wedges at 4 to 5 crucial points.
These wedges should be crafted and positioned by the user to suit specific circumstances, ensuring a polished contact surface for even pressure distribution.
This inclined plane must maintain a load-bearing capacity no greater than 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a level with utmost precision to determine the unit's flatness. The meticulous leveling parameters are: axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve flawless coupling alignment by confirming crucial pre-alignment conditions:
1) Securely deactivate the main power source;
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield;
3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling with precision;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation surface for any foreign particles, grime, or residues;
5) Ensure bolt holes accommodate bolt size perfectly, allowing for motor adjustments by loosening bolts when necessary;
6) Equip yourself with ample flat, stainless steel gaskets to support the motor’s footing. Avoid inserting lengthy, thin gaskets between the motor and base for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting a precision of 0.01mm, as supplied by the customer;
8) Prepare an exact bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the diagram below;
9) Utilize a motor hub mounting bracket to meticulously attach a dial indicator to the wheel hub’s edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub’s outer edge;
10) Adjust motor foot bolts meticulously, aligning the compressor and motor center lines. Adhere to a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line surpasses the compressor low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end faces should range between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then verify both outer circle and end face runout of the coupling with precision;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test to confirm seamless operation.
3.3.4 Post level and alignment adjustment of the casing, anchor bolts must be securely tightened. Following the mechanical or trial operation, retighten bolts for ultimate security.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotations demand the utmost cleanliness of inlet and outlet pipelines to prevent irreparable damage. Pipelines must meet the steam corrosion system standards, and any deviations require immediate rectification.Incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to ensure flawless operation.
3.3.6 For seamless installation, affix compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Pipelines must be equipped with appropriate accessories as per the PI diagram, and supported independently to avoid burdening the compressor.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete has reached its full solidity, you may proceed confidently with the compressor operation test.
3.3.8 The compressor's electric control cabinet must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. For optimal safety and efficiency, the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet should be elegantly encased in a threading pipe and placed underground. Upon setting the electric control cabinet in its designated location, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS for flawless integration.
