3.3.1 Begin the installation by placing the compressor base integrally on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to expertly adjust the unit's level to perfection.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld these irons at 4 to 5 strategic points for optimal stability.
The user must manufacture and install the wedges according to the specific conditions. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished for even contact on inclined planes.
Remember, the bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm.2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve flawless leveling. The exact leveling standards are: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring superior accuracy.
The horizontal level of the unit is maintained at a precise 0.10/1000mm, promoting optimal operational efficiency.
3.3.3 For coupling centering, initiate the alignment process by confirming these essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure that the main power supply is securely turned off to guarantee safety.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access necessary components.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for better alignment accessibility.
4) Thoroughly check the motor installation plane's flatness to eliminate any foreign substances, dirt, or attachments that could impede functionality.
5) Ensure that the motor bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for easy loosening during motor adjustments.
6) Accumulate sufficient stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor's feet. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for adjustments, ensuring the gaskets are spotless and impeccably flat.
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment tool with a precision of 0.01mm, which the customer should prepare in advance, to achieve meticulous alignment.
8) Have at hand a specialized bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram, for seamless installation.
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely place a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for precise measurements.
10) By skillfully adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure that the maximum deviation of the outer circle does not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts, reassessing the outer circle runout, and verifying the coupling's end face runout for ultimate precision.;
12) Post successful motor idling tests, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section to finalize the alignment process.
3.3.4 After achieving optimal 'levelness' and casing alignment, securely tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial runs, loosen and then retighten these bolts to reaffirm stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, demands the utmost care. Any solid or liquid intrusion can inflict irreversible damage. It's crucial to ensure the connecting inlet and outlet pipelines are pristinely clean and meet the system's steam corrosion standards.Pipelines failing these standards require immediate rectification. We recommend incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram rigorously to incorporate the necessary pipeline accessories. The pipeline should be independently supported by an alternative bracket, as its weight must not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its accompanying equipment have been expertly installed, and the concrete foundation has reached its full solidification, you're all set to initiate the compressor operation test. This marks a crucial step in ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of your system.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Ensure that the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet is meticulously connected using a threading pipe positioned underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely placed, proceed to link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, paving the way for a harmonious connectivity and operational excellence.
