The heated and pressurized steam then returns to the evaporator, where it serves to heat materials, facilitating evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Carefully position the compressor base integrally on the foundation, enhancing stability by placing wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to fine-tune the unit's level.
For precise leveling, alternately place two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is aligned, spot weld these irons at 4~5 points to secure them. Users are expected to
manufacture and install the wedges based on the actual conditions, ensuring the contact surfaces are finished for a seamless connection (ensuring even contact of inclined
planes). The load capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ensure the unit is perfectly balanced. The leveling criteria are stringent: the axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal
level must achieve 0.10/1000mm, ensuring optimal performance.

3.3.3 Expertly center the coupling. Prior to initiating alignment, verify these crucial criteria:
1) Ensure the main power supply is switched off for safety;
2) Remove the coupling shield to access the components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it's devoid of debris, dirt, and attachments;
5) The motor bolt holes should exceed the bolt size, enabling easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Stock up on ample stainless steel gaskets to cushion the motor's foot. These must be smooth, free from attachments, and adequately robust. Avoid using lengthy, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter, accurate to 0.01mm (customer's responsibility to procure);
8) Ensure the availability of a suitable bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as depicted in the diagram below;

9) Implement a motor wheel hub mounting bracket for precise placement of a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) Align the compressor and motor center lines meticulously by adjusting the bolts around the motor feet. Aim for a maximum deviation of 0.05mm in the outer circle (the motor shaft center line should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), and maintain coupling end face deviation within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Upon completion, secure the motor foot bolts firmly, and double-check the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout for accuracy;
12) Conclude with the installation of the coupling intermediate section after a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post alignment and leveling of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. Following any mechanical operation (or initial trials), bolts should be loosened and re-tightened to ensure continued efficacy.

3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotation, any foreign solids or liquids entering it could irreversibly damage the compressor. Ensure all pipelines connected to the compressor are thoroughly clean and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade. If not, they must be rectified. For additional protection, consider installing solid-liquid separation devices (such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are equipped with appropriate accessories in accordance with the PI diagram. Support the pipeline connected to the compressor with a separate bracket—its weight should not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with its supporting equipment is meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved complete solidification, it is time to proceed with the compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures that every component is perfectly aligned and ready for peak performance.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself to ensure optimal efficiency. The wiring connecting the compressor to the control cabinet must be encased in a threading pipe and securely routed underground. Once the cabinet is positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a seamless integration for enhanced operational control.
