3.3.1 The comprehensive installation begins by setting the compressor base solidly on its foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure precise leveling of the unit.
Strategically position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the irons with spot welding at 4 to 5 points for stability.
These wedges should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored specifically to the real-world conditions. It's crucial that the contact surfaces are meticulously finished for even contact.

3.3.2 Utilize a level to achieve perfect alignment. The unit's axial level must adhere to a precise tolerance of 0.05/1000mm, and its horizontal level to 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is paramount. Prior to alignment commencement, verify the following critical prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for access and precision alignment.
4) Inspect the motor installation plane meticulously to guarantee it's free from debris, dirt, and any attachments that could impact performance.
5) The motor bolt hole should offer ample clearance beyond the bolt size to facilitate motor adjustments when loosening the bolts;
6) Prepare a sufficient quantity of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's feet adequately. These gaskets must be free from attachments and lie perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter, with a 0.01mm precision, which must be provided by the customer.
8) Set up the bracket for the dial indicator support as demonstrated in the accompanying illustration;
9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for placing a dial indicator on the hub's edge, with the probe aligned on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, ensure the compressor and motor centers align closely. Follow specific instructions to keep the maximum deviation of the outer circle at 0.05mm, and ensure the motor shaft center line remains slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviations between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Upon finalizing alignment, securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then reassess the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for precision.;
12) Post alignment and testing, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section after the motor's idle test to ensure seamless operation.
3.3.4 Post 'levelness' and alignment adjustments of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts firmly. After a mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten these bolts to guarantee stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a vital, high-speed component, vulnerable to irreversible damage from any solid or liquid ingress. It’s imperative to maintain cleanliness and adherence to steam corrosion grade standards for all connected pipelines. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification. We recommend integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the inlet straight pipe for optimal protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure installation of appropriate pipeline accessories according to the PI diagram. All pipelines connecting to the compressor must be independently supported by separate brackets, preventing any weight or strain on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its ancillary equipment are flawlessly installed, and the concrete has reached its full strength and durability, it's time to embark on the exhilarating compressor operation test. 3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5 meters of the unit. Ensure the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet is expertly secured via underground threading pipes. Once the control cabinet is perfectly stationed, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within to the remote DCS lines, guaranteeing smooth and efficient operations.
