3.3.1 Secure the compressor base seamlessly onto the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precise leveling.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately. After achieving perfect leveling, expertly spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points.
The user must custom-make and position the wedges based on specific needs. Ensure the contact surfaces are flawlessly finished for full contact.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40 Kg/cm², maintaining integrity and stability.2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to fine-tune alignment. The axial level must meet a remarkable 0.05/1000mm standard, while the horizontal level is at 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Achieve meticulous coupling alignment by ensuring the following:
1) Ensure complete safety by turning off the main power supply.
2) Remove the coupling shield to access the necessary components.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section carefully.
4) Verify the motor installation surface is perfectly flat and free from any contaminants.
5) The motor bolt holes must be larger than the bolts for easy adjustments to the motor's position.
6) Prepare sufficient flat and clean stainless steel gaskets for motor foot support; avoid long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Secure either a dial indicator or a customer-provided laser alignment tool with a 0.01mm accuracy to ensure precision.
8) Assemble the dial indicator supporting bracket as depicted in the accompanying diagram.
9) Employ a motor hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring precise measurement.
10) Align the motor and compressor centers using adjustment bolts around the motor feet. Maintain a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center.
11) Securely tighten motor foot bolts. Reassess outer circle and face runouts for impeccable alignment.;
12) Post-idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section to ensure flawless performance.
3.3.4 With precision alignment and levelness complete, tighten the anchor bolts firmly. Post-operation, re-tighten to maintain optimal performance.
3.3.5 The impeller spins at high speeds, so ensure no solids or liquids enter to avoid irreversible damage. Verify inlet and outlet pipelines for cleanliness and compliance with steam corrosion standards.Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment like gas scrubbers before the compressor inlet to prevent contaminants.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes with the correct accessories per the PI diagram. Support these pipelines independently to avoid burdening the compressor.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are perfectly installed and the concrete has fully solidified, it paves the way for conducting the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 The electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring journey from the compressor to the electric control cabinet must be secured through threading pipes that are expertly routed underground. Upon positioning the electric control cabinet, diligently connect the wiring terminals inside to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation.
