As a result, the heated secondary steam is redirected back to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials and promotes evaporation. This cycle brilliantly harnesses and recycles the latent heat of vaporization from secondary steam, significantly reducing the need for external energy inputs and paving the way for sustainable industrial operations.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base onto the foundation with precision. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve level perfection, ensuring a flawless setup.
Alternately place two wedge-shaped irons for a balanced foundation. Once the unit is impeccably leveled, secure the wedge-shaped irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points, ensuring unwavering stability.
Users should craft and fit the wedges tailored to their specific conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are meticulously finished for even alignment of the inclined plane, thereby enhancing the performance and structural integrity.

3.3.2 Achieve precision with a level. The unit must meet stringent leveling criteria: axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring a perfectly balanced operation.

3.3.3 Perfectly align the coupling. Before initiating alignment, ensure these critical preconditions are met for optimal performance:
1) Ensure safety by disconnecting the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the core components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from any foreign debris, dirt, and unwanted attachments;
5) The motor bolt holes should generously accommodate the bolts, allowing adjustments to the motor for perfect alignment;
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to securely support the motor foot. These gaskets must be impeccably flat with no attachments and should not be long or thin to prevent any misalignment;
7) Employ a precision instrument like a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a remarkable accuracy of 0.01mm, ensuring unparalleled precision (to be provided by the customer);
8) Assemble a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the figure below, ensuring steadfast stability;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for seamlessly positioning the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge. Ensure the dial indicator probe accurately measures the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Meticulously adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Maintain a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviations kept between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finally, securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously inspect and verify the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for flawless operation;
12) Conduct a thorough motor idling test before reinstalling the coupling intermediate section, ensuring seamless integration.
3.3.4 Post alignment and 'levelness' adjustments, tightly secure the anchor bolts. After mechanical or trial operations, revisit the bolts for a final tightening, ensuring enduring stability.
3.3.5 The high-speed impeller demands utmost protection, as any entry of solids or liquids could irrevocably harm the compressor. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliant pipelines must undergo immediate rectification.
Implement solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the inlet's straight pipe to fortify the system against contaminants.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes, outfitting them with appropriate pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Support pipelines with independent brackets, ensuring the compressor body bears no additional weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment are fully installed and the concrete has reached complete solidity, it is time to proceed with the compressor operation test. This step is crucial to ensure the seamless performance and reliability of the system before it's put into regular operation.
3.3.8 For optimal functionality and safety, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. To ensure a secure and organized setup, use threading pipes to connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, and ensure this is routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, make sure to connect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet with the lines leading to the remote DCS, guaranteeing a smooth integration with the broader system.
