This process allows the heated secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it heats materials and induces further evaporation. This pioneering approach ensures the effective recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, maximizing energy utilization and promoting sustainability.
The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor is a marvel of modern engineering, meticulously crafted to deliver superior performance. At its heart is the compressor body, an intricate assembly that includes the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seals. Additionally, it is equipped with a coupling, motor, and precision electric instruments. Each component works in perfect harmony to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability, setting a new standard in steam compression technology.
3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally placed on the foundation with utmost precision. A wedge-shaped shim is essential beneath the base, serving as a pivotal tool to fine-tune the unit's level.
Alternate the positioning of two wedge-shaped irons strategically. Once the unit is meticulously leveled, secure the wedge-shaped irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 precise points.
The user must manufacture and install the wedge according to the specific circumstances, ensuring that the contact surface is polished for an even and seamless connection of the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron is not to exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm².2.
3.3.2 Employ a level of impeccable accuracy to ascertain the unit's level. Leveling requirements are exact: the axial level should be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level demands 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Centering of the coupling is essential. Prior to commencing alignment, adhere to these precise prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely shut off;
2) Disassemble the protective coupling shield with care;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section thoughtfully;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor's installation plane for any foreign materials, dirt, or attachments.
5) The motor bolt hole must exceed the bolt size, allowing adjustability by loosening the bolt to position the motor accurately.
6) Amass sufficient stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are immaculate and flat, avoiding the use of elongated gaskets for adjustments.
7) Use a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which the customer should provide.
8) Prepare the specific bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below.
9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for positioning a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) By meticulously adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines accurately. The maximum deviation of the outer circle is a precise 0.05mm.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and rigorously review the outer circle runout and the coupling's end face runout.
12) Conclude by installing the coupling's intermediate section once the motor idling test is satisfactorily completed.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, the anchor bolts are to be firmly tightened. Following the mechanical operation, bolts should be loosened and re-tightened for enhanced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a crucial high-speed component. It is vital to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion, which could irreversibly damage the compressor. Ensure that the connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and comply with the steam corrosion grade requirements.
3.3.6 Meticulously install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. The necessary pipeline accessories should be installed per the PI diagram, with the weight of pipelines supported independently, not by the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with its ancillary equipment, has been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached complete solidification, it is the perfect time to initiate the compressor operation test. This stage signifies a crucial milestone, setting the stage for optimum performance assessment, ensuring that every component is in prime condition to deliver unparalleled efficiency.
3.3.8 For optimal safety and efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connecting wiring, elegantly streamlined through threading pipe, should be securely routed underground. After carefully positioning the electric control cabinet, seamlessly integrate the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a robust and reliable connection poised for flawless operation.
