The core principle involves the secondary steam generated by an evaporator being skillfully compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process masterfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature consequently redirects the secondary steam back to the evaporator, where it heats the materials to induce evaporation, effectively recycling the valuable latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.
The DM Series Single-Stage Geared Steam Compressor features a meticulously engineered configuration comprising the main compressor body, coupling, gearbox, an advanced lubrication system, motor, electric instrumentation, and an anti-surge control system. This product stands out with its compact structure, offering unparalleled convenience for maintenance, ensuring longevity and optimal performance.
3.3.1 The compressor base is meticulously positioned on the foundation; wedge-shaped shims should be placed under the base for fine-tuning the unit level with precision.
Alternate the two wedge-shaped irons for optimal stability. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, perform spot welding on the wedges at 4~5 strategic points.
Custom manufacture and install the wedge based on specific requirements. Ensure that the contact surfaces are impeccably finished for seamless inclined plane contact.
The load-bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Attain perfect level by using a precision level tool. The axial leveling requirement is 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level precision is 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these specifications are precisely adhered to for optimal performance.
3.3.3 Coupling Alignment Process: Prior to alignment, ensure compliance with these essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure complete power shutdown for safety;
2) Dismantle the coupling protective shield;
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor mounting surface flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, grime, and extraneous materials;
5) Motor bolt holes should exceed bolt dimensions to allow for easy adjustment;
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready to firmly secure under the motor feet. Gaskets must be pristine, avoiding extensions that adjust motor positioning inaccurately;
7) Use a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment tool (accuracy 0.01mm), sourced by the customer;
8) Secure a bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the subsequent illustration;
9) Attach the dial indicator on the wheel hub edge bracket, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer periphery;
10) Adjust the surrounding bolts on the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines precisely, with a maximum circular deviation of 0.05mm and coupling face of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Conclusively fix the motor foot bolts, ensuring both circular and face runouts are optimal.;
12) Post motor idle testing, reassemble the coupling intermediate section ensuring smooth operation.
3.3.4 After calibrating leveling and alignment, firmly secure the anchor bolts. Post-operation, loosen and retighten them for reaffirmed stability.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's rapid rotation, any solid or liquid introduction can severely damage the compressor. Ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines meet rigorous steam corrosion standards.Install solid-liquid separation mechanisms, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before straight pipes at the compressor inlet to safeguard against impurities.
3.3.6 Securely install compressor pipes at both inlet and outlet, adhering to PI diagram specifications. Ensure these pipelines are independently supported, avoiding any load on the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supportive equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully cured, it is time to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that the High-Performance Water Vapour Compressor is ready to deliver unparalleled efficiency in extraction processes.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter range of the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to this control hub should be expertly installed using threading pipes that run underground, ensuring a seamless and secure setup. After positioning the electric control cabinet, make sure to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), paving the way for smooth and effective operational control.
