The core principle involves the compression of secondary steam, generated by the evaporator, using a highly efficient steam compressor. The elevated temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it heats the materials and induces further evaporation, thereby ingeniously recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base on its foundation. Employ wedge-shaped shims under the base to precisely adjust the unit's level.
Skillfully alternate between two wedge-shaped irons. Once leveled with finesse, spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. The wedge should
be expertly crafted and installed by the user according to specific conditions, ensuring an immaculate contact surface for uniform pressure distribution.
The inclined plane must ensure even contact, with the wedge iron's load capacity not to exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve meticulous alignment. The unit's leveling criteria: an axial precision of 0.05/1000mm and horizontal stability of 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure impeccable balance for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Achieve coupling alignment with precision. Before commencing this refined process, confirm the following essential prerequisites:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply, ensuring utmost safety;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Ensure the motor installation plane is impeccably flat and free from debris or irregularities;
5) Motor bolt holes should be larger than bolt sizes to facilitate precise motor adjustments;
6) Adequately prepare stainless steel gaskets to perfectly support the motor's base. Ensure these gaskets are free of impurities and consistently flat.
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (customer to prepare);
8) Prepare a robust bracket for supporting the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) For meticulous measurement, use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By skillfully adjusting the motor feet's adjustment bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the outer circle deviation is a maximum of 0.05mm.

11) Once alignment is perfected, securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Double-check the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts.;
12) After ensuring the motor passes its idle test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment, fortify anchor bolts. Post-trial runs, loosen then retighten bolts to ensure steadfast firmness.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel, and any intrusion of solids or liquids can cause detrimental damage. Ensure pipelines linked to the compressor are pristine and comply with steam corrosion standards. Inadequate pipelines must be upgraded.
It's advisable to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, pre-compressor inlet for added protection.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipelines with precision. Equip import and export pipelines with appropriate accessories per the PI diagram. Ensure additional support brackets for these pipelines to prevent weight load on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supplementary equipment are securely installed and the concrete foundation is completely solidified, you can then proceed to perform the compressor operation test. This ensures that everything is set up perfectly and ready to operate efficiently.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To ensure a seamless and secure connection, the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be meticulously laid using threading pipes, which should be safely concealed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, proceed to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
