3.3.1 Begin by seamlessly integrating the compressor base onto its solid foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for unit-level adjustment. This meticulous approach ensures precision and stability.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons to maintain balance. Once the leveling is achieved, spot weld these wedges in 4 to 5 strategic points, securing them firmly in place.
The user should craft and install the wedges tailored to the specific installation context. Ensure that the contact surfaces are finely finished for even contact on inclined planes,
with a bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve perfect balance. The unit's axial level should be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level is maintained at 0.10/1000mm, reflecting the utmost precision.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with precision. Prior to alignment, ensure these vital steps are undertaken:
1) Deactivate the main power supply for safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield to access components;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate segment;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is level and free from debris, dirt, or obstructions;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt sizes, allowing for bolt loosening during motor adjustment;
6) Prepare ample flat, stainless steel gaskets to support the motor foot. These should be spotless and flat, avoiding long, thin gaskets which can distort adjustments.
7) Use a dial indicator or laser alignment meter, with a precise accuracy of 0.01mm, supplied by the customer;
8) Ready the bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below;
9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket for dial indicator placement along the hub's edge, ensuring the probe touches the compressor wheel hub's outer rim;
10) Adjust the motor foot bolts carefully so that the compressor and motor center lines align, with a maximum deviation on the outer circle of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center should exceed the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then double-check for any outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Post motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 With 'levelness' and alignment confirmed, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operation or trial run, release the bolts and tighten them anew for reinforced security.
3.3.5 As the impeller spins at high speeds, any ingress of solids or liquids can irreparably damage the compressor. Ensure the connecting pipelines are pristine and adhere to the steam corrosion standards. Should discrepancies exist, initiate pipeline rectifications. It's recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation systems like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe.uggested to add solid liquid separation equipment (gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. These pipelines must include all necessary accessories as per the PI diagram. The supporting bracket, separate from the compressor, must bear the pipeline's weight, avoiding undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and all its ancillary equipment is complete and the concrete has fully set and solidified, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. This critical phase ensures that everything is functioning perfectly and sets the stage for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter range from the compressor itself. To ensure a seamless connection, utilize threading pipes to connect the wiring from the compressor to the cabinet, threading these connections underground for an unobtrusive setup. After positioning the electric control cabinet, meticulously link the wiring terminals within it to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a harmonious integration with the system's broader control framework.
