Its innovative design features an impeller strategically mounted at the motor's shaft extension end, ensuring seamless integration. The rotor, elegantly supported by an oil film bearing, enables direct drive through the high-speed motor. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Place the compressor base seamlessly on its foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims underneath to achieve perfect leveling.
Carefully arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once leveled, secure with spot welding at 4-5 points. The wedge must be
manufactured and installed precisely by the user, tailored to the actual situation. Ensure even contact of the inclined
plane. The wedge iron must not bear a load greater than 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level to ensure precision. The axial level must be 0.05/1000mm and the horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these meticulous leveling standards are met for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Center the coupling. Before proceeding, adhere to the following essential steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is safely switched off;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield with care;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness. Remove any foreign materials, dirt, or attachments entirely;
5) The motor bolt hole should accommodate larger bolt sizes to facilitate easy loosening and adjustment;
6) Equip yourself with ample flat stainless steel gaskets to support the motor foot. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm precision, to be provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted below;

9) Use a mounting bracket on the motor wheel hub for dial indicator positioning, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's edge;
10) Adjust bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure deviation is within 0.05mm, with the motor shaft slightly elevated than the compressor's low-speed shaft. Maintain coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and recheck both outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling;
12) Conduct a motor idling test, then reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 After aligning the casing for perfect levelness, tighten the anchor bolts. Post-trial operation, loosen and retighten to ensure stability.

3.3.5 Protect the high-speed rotating impeller from any solids or liquids to prevent irreversible damage. Ensure the cleanliness of all connecting pipelines to meet the system's steam corrosion standards. Install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the direct compressor inlet pipe if necessary.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes with care. Follow the PI diagram to incorporate relevant pipeline accessories. Support connected pipelines with an independent bracket, ensuring no load is borne by the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been installed and the concrete foundation has completely solidified, it's time to embark on the operational testing phase of the compressor. This critical step ensures everything is functioning optimally, paving the way for seamless and efficient performance.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet of the compressor needs to be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. This proximity ensures efficient communication and control. The wiring connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be expertly executed using a threading pipe, designed to be installed underground for protection and aesthetics. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, it's essential to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a robust and reliable operational setup.
