This process converts electrical energy into valuable thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature enables this steam to return to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats materials, prompting evaporation. This remarkable technology facilitates the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam, ensuring optimal energy conservation.
The DM series Single-stage geared steam compressor is a marvel of engineering, encompassing a comprehensive suite of components including the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an advanced anti-surge control system. Its ingenious compact structure ensures ease of maintenance, offering an unparalleled combination of functionality and convenience.
3.3.1 Begin by carefully positioning the compressor base securely onto the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims strategically beneath the base to achieve optimal leveling.
Skillfully alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons; once perfectly leveled, expertly spot weld the irons at 4~5 points. Note: Wedges should be
custom-fabricated and installed by the user, crafted to suit the specific conditions, ensuring seamless contact of inclined surfaces.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize precision leveling tools to ensure accuracy. The unit's leveling specifications demand an axial level of 0.05/1000mm, coupled with a rigorous horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm, achieving supreme precision.
3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by following these essential steps:
1) Ensure safety first: disconnect the main power supply;
2) Safely remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Confirm the motor installation plane's flatness, free from debris and impurities;
5) Ensure the motor's bolt hole size exceeds the bolt size for flexible adjustments;
6) Stock up on ample, flat stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's foot, avoiding any unsuitable long and thin gaskets;
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter, 0.01mm precision (provided by the customer);
8) Have ready a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted below;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for dial indicator placement on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe on the compressor's hub edge;
10) Align with precision: adjust motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines nearly perfectly (or per specific instructions), ensuring max deviation of 0.05mm. Align coupling end face within 0.03~0.05mm tolerance;
11) Securely tighten motor foot bolts, meticulously checking outer circle and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Conclude with the installation of the coupling's intermediate section after conducting a thorough motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post "levelness" and casing alignment adjustments, firmly tighten all anchor bolts. After operational testing, loosen and retighten these bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation demands utmost caution; any solid or liquid intrusion can severely damage the compressor. Ensure that the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines adhere to steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be promptly rectified. We highly recommend installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring adherence to the PI diagram specifications. Support all pipelines with a separate bracket to avoid imposing their weight on the compressor itself, ensuring a long-lasting, efficient setup.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all of its auxiliary equipment are securely installed and the concrete has achieved full curing, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. This critical phase ensures that the Powerful Frequency Conversion Compressor operates at peak efficiency, playing a pivotal role in optimizing vanadium extraction processes.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, the electric control cabinet must be positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connectivity between the compressor and the electric control cabinet should be established using threading pipes that are securely placed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is strategically stationed, it's essential to meticulously connect its wiring terminals to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless operational control and enhanced efficiency.
