This augmented steam is then redirected back to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials and induces evaporation, thereby facilitating the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by strategically positioning the compressor base on its designated foundation. To ensure precise leveling, place wedge-shaped shims under the base. These shims are crucial for adjusting the unit's level and ensuring its stability.
Carefully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, achieving perfect leveling of the unit. Secure these wedges by spot welding at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges should be
custom-made and installed by the user, tailored to the actual setup conditions. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished for even contact of inclined
planes, with a robust bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2. This guarantees a solid foundation for your compressor installation.).
3.3.2 Utilize a high-precision level to achieve impeccable leveling. The unit's leveling criteria demand the axial level be set to 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal
level should be calibrated to 0.10/1000mm, ensuring peak operational efficiency and reliability.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect alignment by centering the coupling. Prior to initiating alignment, adhere to these critical prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off, ensuring maximum safety;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Conduct a thorough inspection of the motor's installation plane. Ensure it's free from any debris, dirt, or unwanted attachments;
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes are appropriately larger than the bolt size, allowing the bolts to be loosened for precise motor adjustments;
6) Equip yourself with sufficient stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor feet. These gaskets must be pristine, flat, and devoid of any attachments. Avoid using long or thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, an essential tool prepared by the customer;
8) Gather the necessary bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as depicted in the reference figure;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub’s mounting bracket to attach a dial indicator on the hub’s edge. Position the probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub for optimal measurement;
10) Meticulously adjust the bolts around the motor feet, ensuring the alignment of the compressor and motor center lines. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft's center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and a coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, and reassess both the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling;
12) After a successful motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's "levelness" and alignment are perfected, tighten all anchor bolts firmly. Post mechanical operation or trial, loosen and then retighten the bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed component. Any solid or liquid intrusion can inflict irreversible damage. Ensure all connected pipelines meet the stringent system requirements for steam corrosion. Non-compliant pipelines necessitate immediate rectification. Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to safeguard against impurity ingress.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to incorporate relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure that the pipeline linked to the compressor is independently supported by an additional bracket, preventing undue weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 With the main fan and all ancillary equipment securely installed and the concrete foundation fully cured, you're prepared to initiate the definitive compressor operation test, heralding the commencement of high-efficiency performance.
