At its core, this advanced system uses a high-efficiency steam compressor to compress secondary steam produced by the evaporator. This process masterfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, increasing both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated steam, now enhanced in temperature, is redirected back to the evaporator, seamlessly heating the materials and inducing further evaporation. This ingeniously facilitates the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, showcasing a marvel of sustainable energy utilization.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base integrally on its foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to meticulously adjust and ensure the unit is perfectly level.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately for optimal leveling. Once achieved, spot weld these wedges at 4 to 5 points to secure them.
It is essential that the user manufactures and installs the wedges tailored to the specific conditions, ensuring the contact surfaces are finely finished for a perfect fit.
The inclined planes must evenly contact, and remember, the bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Precision is key. Employ a leveler to find exact leveling. Your unit’s axial level should be 0.05/1000mm, and horizontally, it should reach 0.10/1000mm for peak performance.
Ensure strict adherence to these leveling benchmarks to maintain operational excellence.

3.3.3 Coupling alignment is crucial. Prioritize these prerequisites before embarking on the alignment process:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off for safety.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision.
4) Assess the motor installation plane for flawless flatness, free from debris, dirt, or attachments.
5) The motor bolt holes must offer a snug fit, larger than the bolt itself, facilitating necessary adjustments.
6) Utilize ample stainless-steel gaskets for the motor's footing, ensuring they are spotless and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for any adjustments.
7) A dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm is mandatory, supplied by the customer.
8) Prepare a robust bracket for dial indicator support as illustrated below.

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for the dial indicator placement at the wheel hub's edge, ensuring precise alignment.
10) Adjust motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately. The maximum allowable deviation is 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line with coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts and rigorously reviewing the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the unit's 'levelness' and alignment are precisely adjusted, anchor bolts should be firmly tightened. After initial mechanical operations or trials, repeat the loosening and tightening process for optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, must remain free from any solid or liquid intrusion to avoid irreversible damage to the compressor. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and comply with the system’s steam corrosion standards. Pipelines falling short of these standards require immediate rectification.
It is highly recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to enhance protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure compatibility with the relevant pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Importantly, the pipelines must be independently supported by another bracket to avoid placing any weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are securely installed, and the concrete has completely set, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that the entire setup is functioning optimally and ready for efficient performance.
3.3.8 For optimal placement, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection between the compressor and the electric control cabinet should be established using a threading pipe routed underground for protection. Once the electric control cabinet is correctly positioned, you can seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the corresponding lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring smooth operational control and monitoring.
