3.3.1 The compressor base should be meticulously positioned on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims to ensure precise leveling of the unit.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately for optimal stability. Once perfectly leveled, spot weld the wedge-shaped irons securely at 4 to 5 points to maintain firmness.
These wedges must be custom-manufactured and installed by the user, tailored to specific conditions. Ensure that the contact surface is finely finished for smooth and even contact.
The inclined plane's contact should be flawless, as the wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Utilize a precise level for accurate measurements. The unit's leveling parameters are stringent: an axial level tolerance of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level tolerance of 0.10/1000mm.
Meeting these requirements is crucial to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with utmost precision. Prior to alignment, adhere to the following essential steps:
1) Ensure safety by turning off the main power supply completely;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the necessary components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it's free from foreign objects, dirt, and attachments.
5) Motor bolt holes should exceed bolt size to facilitate easy adjustment during alignment.
6) Have a sufficient supply of stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor feet, ensuring they are clean, flat, and free of attachments. Avoid inserting long, thin gaskets between motor and base.
7) Use either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which must be procured by the customer.
8) Prepare a bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below for precise measurements.

9) Mount a dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for accuracy.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to ensure alignment of the compressor and motor center lines. The outer circle's maximum deviation should be within 0.05mm, while the coupling end face deviation should be between 0.03 and 0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then verify and adjust outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for precision.;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section after conducting a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment are achieved, tighten the anchor bolts. After a trial mechanical operation, it's critical to loosen and retighten these bolts for ensured stability.
3.3.5 The compressor impeller, a high-speed rotating component, demands cleanliness to avoid irreversible damage. Thus, ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to system steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing to meet these criteria require immediate rectification.
It is recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to enhance performance.
3.3.6 Carefully install compressor inlet and outlet pipes, equipping them with necessary pipeline accessories per the PI diagram. These pipelines must be independently supported, avoiding any weight burden on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its essential ancillary equipment have been impeccably installed and the concrete foundation has reached its full strength and stability, it's time to proceed with the exciting phase of conducting the compressor operation test.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, the state-of-the-art electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius from the compressor itself. The wiring, meticulously connected via threading pipe, should discreetly run underground to ensure a seamless connection. After the electric control cabinet is precisely installed, expertly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless integration.
