3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base onto the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to skillfully adjust the unit level to perfection.
With precision, alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring the unit is expertly leveled. Proceed to spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points, enhancing stability.
The creation and installation of the wedge should align with the user's unique situation. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished for thorough contact of the inclined plane,
and note that the wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to meticulously ensure precision. Adhere to the stringent leveling requirements: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
The result is a flawlessly calibrated unit.
3.3.3 The coupling alignment is critical. Prior to commencing alignment, confirm the following essential prerequisites:
1) Definitively turn off the main power supply;
2) Expertly remove the coupling shield;
3) Carefully dismantle the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Rigorously inspect the motor installation plane to ensure absolute cleanliness and the absence of any foreign materials;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole exceeds the bolt size, facilitating easy loosening for precise motor adjustments;
6) Accumulate sufficient stainless steel gaskets to thoroughly cover the motor's foot. The gaskets must be impeccably flat and devoid of any attachments.

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) By skillfully adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines nearly perfectly (or according to specified instructions), ensuring that the maximum deviation of the outer circle is an impressive 0.05mm.
11) Conclude by firmly securing the motor foot bolts, followed by a meticulous review of the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts;
12) After conducting a comprehensive motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section with precision.
3.3.4 Upon achieving impeccable 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, secure the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial, re-loosen and re-tighten to ensure optimum performance.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands protection from solids or liquids to prevent irreversible damage. Guarantee that all compressor-connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and conform to the system’s steam corrosion grade. Rectify any pipelines that deviate from this standard.Consider the strategic addition of solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure the import and export pipelines are precisely equipped with appropriate accessories per the PI diagram. Crucially, support these pipelines with a separate bracket to avoid burdening the compressor body with their weight.
3.3.7 Once the state-of-the-art main fan and its sophisticated ancillary equipment are meticulously installed, and the concrete foundation has achieved full solidification, you're set to embark on the thrilling initial operation test of the compressor.
