Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To ensure a seamless installation, the Split Base Compressor with Frequency Conversion and Adjustable Speed should be placed integrally on the foundation. Enhance stability by placing wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, which are instrumental in achieving unit leveling.
Strategically position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating format. Post leveling, secure these irons with spot welds at approximately 4 to 5 distinct points, ensuring meticulous craftsmanship.
These wedges should be precisely manufactured and installed by the user, tailored to specific conditions. A flawless contact surface is paramount, ensuring even contact on inclined planes.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain exactitude. Our leveling criteria demand remarkable precision: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve coupling perfection by centering. Before initiating alignment, ensure compliance with the following prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the primary power supply for safety assurance;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for absolute flatness, free of any extraneous materials or dirt.
The bolt hole of the motor must exceed the bolt size, facilitating ease of adjustment through bolt loosening.
Prepare and utilize an adequate number of stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's foot. These gaskets must be flat and free from any attachments to ensure precision adjustments.
A dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, is essential and should be provided by the customer.
Equip yourself with a sturdy bracket as illustrated to support the dial indicator effectively.

For optimal alignment, mount a bracket on the motor wheel hub to accommodate a dial indicator, ensuring the probe rests on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
Adjust the motor feet bolts with precision to align the compressor and motor center lines. The outer circle's maximum deviation must not exceed 0.05mm, while the motor shaft center line should slightly surpass the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain a coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.

Upon concluding these adjustments, secure the motor foot bolts firmly and meticulously review the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout for precision.;
Ultimately, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section post the motor's idle testing phase.
3.3.4 Upon achieving optimal 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, anchor the bolts securely. Post mechanical or trial operations, it is wise to loosen and re-tighten the bolts for enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel, vulnerable to solid or liquid intrusions that could inflict irreversible damage. Hence, ensuring the purity of the inlet and outlet pipelines adhering to system steam corrosion standards is indispensable. Non-compliant pipelines necessitate rectification.
Incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor's inlet straight pipe is strongly advised for enhanced protection and performance.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. The installation must adhere to the PI diagram specifications, with accompanying pipeline accessories. Ensure that the connected pipeline is independently supported by a separate bracket, avoiding any undue stress on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its supportive ancillary equipment, and once the concrete has fully solidified, you are ready to proceed with the all-important compressor operation test.
