This heightened thermal state allows the steam to return triumphantly to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats the materials, prompting evaporation and enabling the astute recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

Introducing the Oil-Film High-Speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor, a marvel of turbine technology that harnesses the power of a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. Its advanced design features a seamlessly integrated structure, where the impeller is expertly mounted directly at the shaft extension end of the motor. The rotor is meticulously supported by an oil film bearing, enabling the compressor to achieve direct drive through the high-speed motor, eliminating the need for a speed-increasing gearbox and coupling. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the journey of setting up our Advanced High-Speed Oil-Film Direct Drive Compressor by carefully placing the entire compressor base on its foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternatingly and, after achieving the ideal level, secure them with spot welds at 4 to 5 points for a robust setup.
Ensure the wedges are crafted and installed as per actual requirements, ensuring seamless contact of the inclined planes.
The load-bearing strength of these wedges should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ensure precision leveling. The unit demands meticulous leveling: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Perfectly center the coupling. Before embarking on alignment, confirm these essentials:
1) Ensure the main power supply is switched off for safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Meticulously check the motor installation plane for any debris, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is marginally larger than the bolt size for easy adjustment by loosening;
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor's foot, ensuring they are flat and free from attachments. Avoid using long, thin gaskets to avoid instability;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter (accuracy of 0.01mm), to be provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted below;

9) Deploy the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring precise alignment;
10) By skillfully adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines. The deviation should not exceed 0.05mm for the outer circle, ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, revisiting the outer circle runout, and ensuring end face runout is within limits.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, install the coupling's intermediate section, marking the completion of this setup phase.
3.3.4 Post-alignment and leveling adjustments, diligently tighten the anchor bolts. After initial mechanical operation or trial, retighten for utmost stability.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must be shielded from any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible damage. Ensure all connecting pipelines to the compressor are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Rectify non-compliant pipelines and consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to incorporate relevant pipeline accessories, ensuring the pipeline is supported by separate bracketing to avoid undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 With the main fan and its auxiliary equipment firmly in place and concrete fully set, you're ready to embark on the compressor operation test, marking a new chapter in reliability and efficiency.
