The core principle hinges on the high-efficiency compression of secondary steam generated by the evaporator—this steam is skillfully compressed by a state-of-the-art steam compressor, converting electrical energy into valuable thermal energy. As a result, the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam are elevated, enabling it to return triumphantly to the evaporator. Here, it performs a dual function: heating the materials and inducing evaporation, thereby recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam with unmatched efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the integral compressor base securely on the designated foundation. Ensure precision by positioning wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to finely adjust the unit's level.
Carefully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, achieving perfect leveling of the unit. Proceed to spot weld the irons at 4~5 strategic points, securing them for optimal performance.
The user is tasked with manufacturing and installing these wedges, tailored to the specific requirements of the situation. The contact surface must be meticulously finished, ensuring even contact of the inclined
plane. It's crucial that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve impeccable precision. The leveling specifications are rigorous: the unit's axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level is required to be 0.10/1000mm, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by adhering to these essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure safety by switching off the main power supply;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield with care;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane, ensuring it is free from foreign objects, grime, or unwanted attachments;
5) Verify that the motor bolt hole is larger than the bolt size, allowing for adjustments by loosening the bolt;
6) Collect an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets to rest beneath the motor's foot, ensuring they are free of contaminants and perfectly flat. Avoid using lengthy, thin gaskets for adjustment;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, for exceptional precision;
8) Securely prepare the bracket required to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Implement the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the probe precisely contacts the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By meticulously adjusting the motor's foot bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines to be nearly identical, maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm (the motor shaft center line should remain slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), and ensure the coupling end face deviation is 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclusively, secure the motor foot bolts, and meticulously review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling,;
12) After successful completion of the motor's idling test, install the coupling's intermediate section, guaranteeing seamless operation.
3.3.4 Once you have fine-tuned the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After the mechanical operation or trial run, it's advisable to loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure continued stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, demands a pristine environment; any solid or liquid intrusion can wreak irreversible havoc on the compressor. Thus, maintaining cleanliness within the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor is paramount, conforming to the system's steam corrosion grade. Pipelines that fail these standards must undergo immediate rectification, ensuring uncompromised functionality. It is s
uggested to incorporate robust solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor's inlet straight pipe to bolster system integrity.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. All import and export pipelines must be equipped with appropriate pipeline accessories, installed accurately according to the PI diagram. The pipeline connected to the compressor must be supported independently, ensuring that its weight is never borne by the compressor body, safeguarding against undue stress and ensuring long-lasting operational excellence.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and all its essential ancillary equipment is complete and the concrete has fully solidified, it is time to perform the compressor operation test. This crucial phase ensures that everything is perfectly in place and functioning optimally.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a 5-meter radius for optimal performance. Ensure that the wiring from the compressor to this control cabinet is seamlessly connected using threading pipe that runs discreetly underground. After securing the electric control cabinet in its designated spot, effortlessly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a streamlined and efficient setup.
