At its core, MVR operates on a fundamental principle: the secondary steam generated by the evaporator undergoes compression via a high-energy efficiency steam compressor. The elevated temperature effectively returns the secondary steam to the evaporator, where it powers material heating and triggers further evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base within its foundation by placing wedge-shaped shims beneath it, expertly crafted for achieving the impeccable level of the unit.
Position two alternately arranged wedge-shaped irons strategically. Post leveling, execute a precise spot weld to secure the wedges at 4 to 5 key points, ensuring stability.
Manufacture and install the wedges tailored to your specific needs. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished for flawless contact between inclined surfaces.
The robust bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain exactitude. The unit's leveling prerequisites are: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level standard of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Engage in meticulous coupling alignment. Prior to alignment, ensure the following preparatory steps:
1) Deactivate the main power supply for absolute safety;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate segment;
4) Scrutinize the flatness of the motor's installation plane, ensuring it's devoid of debris, dirt, and attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are generously sized relative to the bolts for seamless adjustments;
6) Stock ample flat, pristine stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage, avoiding elongated or thin gaskets for fine-tuning;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or opt for a high-precision laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy, tailored for customer preparations;
8) Prepare a sturdy supporting bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Use a motor wheel hub bracket to mount a dial indicator, placing its probe strategically on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust motor feet bolts to align the motor and compressor center lines, targeting a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center is slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center.

11) Secure motor foot bolts firmly, then re-evaluate the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for optimal alignment;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post alignment, anchor the bolts securely. After trial or actual operations, loosen and retighten to sustain enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a vital high-speed component, demands pristine conditions to avoid irreversible damage. Ensure all connected pipelines are clean and compatible with steam corrosion grades.
For comprehensive protection, consider incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, pre-compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Equip import and export pipelines with necessary accessories per PI diagrams. Ensure pipe weight is independently supported, not burdening the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with all its ancillary equipment, has been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation achieves complete solidification, you are primed to initiate the compressor operation test. Ensuring each component is securely set will pave the way for a seamless and efficient testing phase.
3.3.8 It is essential to position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a 5-meter radius for optimal performance. The electrical connections should be expertly managed using threading pipes that extend underground, ensuring a clean and safe installation. Upon positioning the electric control cabinet, ensure the wiring terminals inside are seamlessly connected with the remote DCS lines, guaranteeing robust and reliable communication.
