3.3.1 To ensure a seamless installation, place the compressor base integrally on the prepared foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve optimal leveling of the unit.
Position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating manner. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the wedge-shaped irons by spot welding at 4 to 5 strategic points.
The user must craft and install the wedges based on specific conditions. Ensure that the contact surfaces are finely finished to guarantee even contact across the inclined plane.
Note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize a high-precision level to achieve the desired plane. The unit's leveling demands are as follows: the axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level requires 0.10/1000mm accuracy.

3.3.3 Properly center the coupling by following these essential pre-alignment steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is fully deactivated;
2) Detach the coupling shield to provide access;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for cleanliness and remove any debris, dirt, or attachments;
5) The motor bolt holes should be sufficiently larger than the bolts to permit motor adjustment with ease;
6) Prepare a generous supply of stainless steel gaskets to properly support the motor's foot, ensuring they are free from attachments and perfectly flat. Do not use elongated gaskets between the motor and base for calibration;
7) Equip yourself with a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting a 0.01mm accuracy, as the customer is expected to provide this tool;
8) Obtain the necessary bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator at the hub's edge, and carefully position the probe on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub;
10) By skillfully adjusting the bolts surrounding the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines to nearly coincide. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle remains within 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face should be within 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously reevaluate the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling;
12) Conclude by installing the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, thoroughly secure the anchor bolts. Upon completion of mechanical operation or trial runs, loosen and retighten these bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller operates at high speeds, thus any foreign solid or liquid intrusion can lead to irreversible damage to the compressor. It is imperative to ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines not meeting these specifications must be corrected without delay.It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. All pipelines must include relevant accessories according to the PI diagram. Ensure that the pipelines are supported by dedicated brackets, as their weight should never be borne by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached complete solidity, the exciting phase of conducting the compressor operation test can commence.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection wiring, elegantly concealed within threading pipes, should be routed underground, ensuring a seamless integration. Upon the electric control cabinet's installation, establish a robust connection between the wiring terminals in the cabinet and the lines at the remote DCS.
