3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally placed on the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shim beneath the base to adjust unit level.
Alternately position two wedge-shaped irons. After achieving level, spot weld the wedges at 4~5 points for stability.
Wedges must be manufactured and installed by the user to match the actual scenario, ensuring a smooth and even contact surface.
The inclined plane's contact must be consistent and the wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed 40Kg/cm.2).
3.3.2 Achieve precision by using a level. The unit's axial level requirement is 0.05/1000mm, with a horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these precise leveling standards are met for optimal operation.
3.3.3 Carefully center the coupling. Before commencing alignment, ensure these prerequisites:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Securely remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, free of debris or attachments;
5) Motor bolt holes must exceed bolt size for easy adjustment by loosening bolts;
6) Equip with ample flat stainless steel gaskets to support motor feet, ensuring no attachments. Avoid long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, to be provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a supporting bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated below;
9) Utilize motor wheel hub mounting bracket for positioning a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring precise probe placement on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust bolts around motor feet so the compressor and motor center lines align closely (or per instructions). Ensure motor shaft is slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft with a max deviation of 0.05mm, and coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Secure motor foot bolts and recheck outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for accuracy.;
12) Post motor idling test, install the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and casing alignment are adjusted, anchor bolts must be firmly tightened. Post-trial mechanical operation, retighten the bolts.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed component, demands cleanliness. Solid or liquid ingress can cause damage. Ensure compressor-connected pipelines are clean and comply with the system's steam corrosion grade. Non-compliant pipelines require rectification.It is advisable to install solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow PI diagrams to install relevant pipeline accessories. Pipelines must be supported independently, without burdening the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary components have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, it's time to seamlessly initiate the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 The electric control cabinet, a pivotal component of the compressor system, should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor.
