This is achieved by ingeniously harnessing and reusing the energy from secondary steam. The core principle involves compressing the secondary steam—generated by the evaporator—using a high-energy-efficient steam compressor, effectively transforming electrical energy into thermal energy. This process elevates both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam, which is then cycled back to the evaporator. Here, it plays a pivotal role in heating materials, initiating evaporation, and thus enabling the continuous recycling of the latent heat of vaporization in the secondary steam. This not only promotes energy conservation but also enhances operational efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base seamlessly on the designated foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to expertly adjust and ensure the unit's perfect level.
Strategically position two wedge-shaped irons alternately to achieve flawless leveling. Secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 critical points. Wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the actual conditions. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished for an impeccable, even interface of inclined
planes. The wedge iron should not bear a load exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve precision leveling. Adhere to the stringent leveling standards: the axial precision of the unit should be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal
level precision is set at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve coupling perfection by centering it. Prior to initiating alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are meticulously met:
1) Disengage the main power supply completely;
2) Carefully remove the safeguarding coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is flawlessly flat and devoid of debris or unwanted particles;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes surpass the bolt size, allowing bolts to be loosened for essential motor adjustments;
6) Have a sufficient supply of stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor feet. These gaskets must be immaculately clean, impeccably flat, and avoid using elongated, thin ones for adjustments;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or a state-of-the-art laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (procured by the user);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket as the mount for the dial indicator, as illustrated below;

9) The motor hub mounting bracket serves to position the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the probe touches the compressor wheel hub's outer boundary;
10) Refine alignment by adjusting the motor foot bolts, aligning the compressor, and motor center lines closely (or as guided by specific instructions), with a maximum deviation for the outer circle of 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center line is positioned above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face precision at 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude with a secure tightening of the motor foot bolts, and diligently inspect the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.;
12) Conclude by reinstalling the coupling intermediate section after successfully conducting a motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of the casing's "levelness" and alignment, securely tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical operation or trial runs, revisit the bolts for further tightening.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, is vulnerable to irreversible damage if solids or liquids intrude. Hence, ensure that the pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculate and meet the steam corrosion standards of the system. For non-compliant pipelines, immediate rectification is crucial. It is highly
advisable to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, preceding the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed to attach the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Align import and export pipelines with the PI diagram, ensuring the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported by an independent bracket, relieving the compressor body of any undue weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its related auxiliary equipment are securely installed, and the concrete foundation has been fully cured and solidified, you are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test. This marks a pivotal step, ensuring that all components are perfectly aligned for optimal performance.
3.3.8 To ensure seamless functionality, position the electric control cabinet no more than 5 meters from the compressor. Connect the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet using a threading pipe, strategically routed underground for protection. Once the electric control cabinet is installed, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless, uninterrupted connection.
