Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Elegantly position the compressor base directly onto the solid foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to meticulously adjust the level of the unit.
Artfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring precise leveling of the unit. Securely spot weld these wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. The wedge should
be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to their unique setup. The contact surface must be flawlessly finished, ensuring even contact across the inclined
plane. Note that the bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not surpass 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve unparalleled accuracy. The alignment benchmarks for the unit demand that the axial level is maintained at 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal
level is held to a rigorous standard of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure flawless coupling alignment by centering it perfectly. Prior to commencing alignment, make sure to adhere to the following vital preconditions:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield with due diligence;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's central section;
4) Examine the motor's installation surface for utter flatness, ensuring it's devoid of any debris, grime, or foreign attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed bolt size, allowing for bolt loosening to adjust motor placement;
6) Amass ample, pristine stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage. These gaskets must be impeccably flat and free of attachments. Refrain from using elongated, slender gaskets between the motor and base for adjustment;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which customers should procure themselves;
8) Ready the depicted bracket to support the dial indicator;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to seamlessly affix a dial indicator along the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the dial indicator probe rests on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By adroitly adjusting bolts around the motor feet, align the center lines of the compressor and motor. The maximum deviation for the outer circle must not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face deviation is kept between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and meticulously verify both the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Post motor idle test, re-install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the levelness and alignment of the casing are perfected, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Follow up the mechanical operation with a bolt loosening and re-tightening sequence to guarantee stability.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must be shielded from any solid or liquid intrusion, as these can inflict irreparable harm upon the compressor. Thus, it's crucial that all connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be promptly rectified. It's recommended to install solid-liquid separation apparatus, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to uphold the compressor's integrity.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. According to the PI diagram, include all relevant pipeline accessories. Pipes linked to the compressor must be independently supported by an alternate bracket, ensuring the compressor body bears none of their weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with all its auxiliary equipment is securely installed and the concrete base has fully cured, you can proceed to conduct the compressor operational test. 3.3.8 For optimal efficiency and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Employ underground threading pipes to connect the wiring from the compressor to this cabinet. Once the control cabinet is firmly in place, link the wiring terminals inside the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS.
