The fundamental principle involves compressing the secondary steam—generated by the evaporator—using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This method converts electrical energy into thermal energy, effectively increasing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature allows the steam to return to the evaporator, where it heats the materials and facilitates evaporation. This ingenious process ensures the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam, promoting energy efficiency and sustainability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your compressor system, begin by positioning the compressor base integrally on the pre-prepared foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base. These shims are essential for meticulously adjusting the unit's level.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately to achieve perfect leveling. Once the unit is level, execute spot welding on the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points to secure them firmly. These wedges should be
crafted and installed by you, tailored to the specific conditions of your setup. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished, guaranteeing even contact of inclined
planes. Note: The bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to confirm leveling accuracy. The unit must meet the following stringent leveling standards: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal
level precision of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring flawless alignment.

3.3.3 For accurate coupling alignment, follow these preparatory steps:
1) First, ensure the main power supply is completely switched off;
2) Proceed by carefully removing the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with caution;
4) Examine the motor installation plane for any foreign objects or dirt, ensuring it is impeccably clean;
5) Ensure the motor's bolt holes are adequately sized larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for precise adjustments;
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor's foot. These gaskets must be spotless and perfectly flat, as using long and thin gaskets for adjustments is inadvisable;
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter (0.01mm precision) as provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a robust bracket for affixing the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) Attach the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for precise dial indicator placement on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Align the compressor and motor center lines by adjusting the motor's foot bolts. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face deviation should be between 0.03mm and 0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling.;
12) Conclude by reinstalling the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test completion.
3.3.4 Once the casing's "levelness" and alignment are flawless, proceed to securely tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical operation or trial runs, it is crucial to loosen then retighten these bolts to maintain optimal performance.
3.3.5 The impeller, an ultra-sensitive high-speed component, must be protected from solid or liquid intrusions that could cause severe damage. Therefore, ensure the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean, adhering to the system's steam corrosion standards. Should any pipelines fall short of these standards, immediate rectification is essential. It is strongly
recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to safeguard against potential contaminants.
3.3.6 When installing compressor inlet and outlet pipes, adhere to the PI diagram for precise installation of all relevant pipeline accessories. Crucially, support the pipeline using an independent bracket to prevent undue stress on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved complete solidification, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 For optimal functionality, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Ensure that the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet is seamlessly connected through a threading pipe that runs underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS to ensure flawless integration.
