3.3.1 Begin by strategically positioning the compressor base integrally on the foundation. Employ wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to fine-tune and ensure the unit's perfect level.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons for optimal balance. Once the unit is level, spot weld the shims securely with precision at 4 to 5 points.
Users should manufacture and install the wedges based on specific needs. Ensure that the contact surfaces are finely finished to guarantee even contact and balance.

3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain perfect alignment: The axial level precision should be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal stability should be 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Achieve coupling precision with meticulous centering. Prior to alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Disengage the main power supply for safety assurance;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield for accessible alignment;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to proceed further;

5) The motor bolt hole diameter should be larger than the bolt size to facilitate easy adjustment during alignment;

7) Utilize a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with accuracy up to 0.01mm, as provided by the customer;
8) Securely position the dial indicator bracket as illustrated below for reliable measurement;
9) The motor hub mounting bracket is essential for mounting the dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, positioning the probe precisely on the compressor's outer wheel hub edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center line accurately, ensuring a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should be slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviation maintained between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Once alignment is achieved, firmly tighten the motor foot bolts. Reassess the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for precision.
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section with precision.
3.3.4 After attaining optimal 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, secure the anchor bolts firmly. Post mechanical or trial operation, revisit and reaffirm the bolt tightness for secured operation.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, demands utmost vigilance. Any solid or liquid intrusion could significantly damage the compressor. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and compliant with the steam corrosion grade of the system. Pipelines falling short of standards require immediate rectification. Consider installing advanced solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram for installing necessary pipeline accessories. The pipelines must be independently supported by a separate bracket, preventing any load on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon completion of the main fan and ancillary equipment installation, and after the concrete solidifies entirely, conduct a comprehensive compressor operation test to ensure efficiency and reliability.
