3.3.1 Begin the installation by securely placing the compressor base on its designated foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims under the base to achieve perfect leveling. Ensure these shims are strategically positioned, alternating the wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is leveled, spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 points to lock in stability.

3.3.2 To attain the desired precision, employ a level to meticulously achieve unit leveling. The unit's axial level must meet a stringent requirement of 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Aligning the coupling is an intricate task. Prior to beginning this alignment process, verify the following essential prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Rigorously check the flatness of the motor installation plane. It's imperative to clear the surface of any debris, dirt, or attachments that could impede smooth installation;
5) Verify that the motor's bolt holes exceed the bolt size, enabling bolt loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Have an adequate supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor's feet. These gaskets must be devoid of attachments and should be adequately flat. Avoid using long and thin gaskets that might inadequately fit between the motor and its base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm to guarantee accuracy (the customer should prepare this equipment);
8) Assemble the support bracket as shown in the accompanying figure, designed for the dial indicator;
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for affixing a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe positioned on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By skillfully adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines. Achieve a maximal deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle, ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain a coupling end face range of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Conclude by meticulously tightening the motor foot bolts, then reassess the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling to confirm alignment accuracy.;
12) Upon completion of the motor's idle test, proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section to finalize the setup.
3.3.4 Following the adjustment of both the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, proceed by tightening the anchor bolts. After conducting the mechanical operation or trial run, temporarily loosen these bolts, then retighten them for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller operates at high speeds and is susceptible to damage from foreign substances. It's critical to maintain cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor, ensuring compliance with the system's steam corrosion grade. Should pipelines fall short of these standards, adjustments are necessary. Incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the compressor's inlet straight pipe is recommended.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Import-export pipelines must adhere to the specified PI diagram, incorporating necessary pipeline accessories. The pipeline connected to the compressor should be independently supported by a separate bracket, ensuring no weight is borne by the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with all its ancillary equipment, is securely installed and the concrete base has fully solidified, you can initiate the compressor operation test. This ensures everything is in perfect readiness for a flawless performance.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet at a strategic distance within 5 meters of the compressor. For optimal safety and efficiency, ensure the wiring from the compressor to the cabinet is expertly threaded through an underground pipe. Once the control cabinet is secured, meticulously connect the wiring terminals to the lines at the remote DCS. This precision assures seamless integration and operation.
