2) Proceed with caution to carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with utmost precision;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for flatness and cleanliness, ensuring it is free from any foreign materials;
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolts themselves, allowing the flexibility for bolt loosening during motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of premium stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. These gaskets should be perfectly flat and devoid of any attachments. Avoid utilizing long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Opt for a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which the customer must supply;
8) Prepare a robustly designed bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the provided diagram;

The motor shaft center line should be slightly elevated relative to the compressor low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face deviation ranging from 0.03 to 0.05mm.

11) Finalize the process by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, and thoroughly review the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling to achieve optimal alignment.
12) After successfully conducting motor idling tests, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section to guarantee seamless operation.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing have been expertly tuned, secure the stability by tightening the anchor bolts. Following mechanical or trial operations, it is crucial to loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure enduring reliability.
3.3.5 Recognizing that the impeller is a high-speed rotating component, it is vital to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion, which could irrevocably damage the compressor. Ensure the connected inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and adhere to the steam corrosion grade standards of the system. Pipelines failing to meet these criteria must be rectified.
It is highly recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to fortify system integrity.
3.3.6 Begin the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring a seamless and precise fit. Adorn the import and export pipelines with the necessary pipeline accessories as illustrated in the PI diagram. It is paramount that the pipeline linked to the compressor is supported by an independent bracket, effectively safeguarding the compressor body from any undue weight or strain.
3.3.7 After the meticulous installation of the main fan and its integral equipment, and once the concrete foundation reaches its full solidity, you are ready to venture into the dynamic and pivotal phase of executing a compressor operation test. This vital step ascertains that all components are flawlessly operational and in peak condition.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet within a 5-meter proximity of the compressor. Employ a robust threading pipe to effortlessly connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, subtly threading it underground. Upon securing the electric control cabinet, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a strong and dependable control link.
