At its core, the process involves compressing the secondary steam produced by the evaporator using a highly efficient steam compressor. This compression artfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an impressive increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated temperature ingeniously returns the secondary steam back to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and prompting further evaporation. Consequently, this process accomplishes the remarkable feat of recycling the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam, marking a quantum leap in energy efficiency.

It comprises the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an advanced anti-surge control system. This robust system is crafted with a compact architecture, ensuring not only seamless integration but also exceptional ease of maintenance. This sophisticated design underscores a commitment to streamlined operations, making it an indispensable component in optimizing your energy solutions.
3.3.1 Positioning the Compressor Base: Carefully set the compressor base integrally upon the foundation, placing wedge-shaped shims beneath it to ensure the unit is perfectly level.
Alternate two wedge-shaped irons meticulously; following the leveling of the unit, securely spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at four to five strategic points.
It is crucial that these wedges be tailored and installed by the user based on real-world conditions, ensuring the contact surfaces are finely finished for optimal engagement.
The inclined plane must be evenly contacted, keeping in mind that the bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Achieving Perfect Leveling: Utilize a precise level to ascertain true levelness. The unit must meet exact leveling standards with an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
This ensures the unit performs with superior efficiency and accuracy.
3.3.3 Achieving Precision in Coupling Alignment: Prior to beginning alignment, confirm these vital prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely deactivated;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the necessary components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for unhindered access;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness to ensure it is devoid of any dirt or foreign materials;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size, allowing bolt loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Secure sufficient flat, attachment-free stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. Avoid using elongated or slender gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, to be provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated below;
9) Utilize the motor hub mounting bracket to mount a dial indicator on the hub edge, ensuring the probe is placed on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By adeptly adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines accurately, ensuring the maximum deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm.
11) Upon achieving alignment, firmly tighten the motor foot bolts and reassess the coupling's outer and end face runout for accuracy.;
12) Post motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section with care.
3.3.4 Securely fastening the casing post-levelness and alignment adjustment, tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operation, re-loosen and tighten the bolts to ensure steadfastness.
3.3.5 Protect the High-Speed Impeller: As the impeller rotates at high speed, ensure no solid or liquid enters, which could lead to irreversible compressor damage.Verify cleanliness and steam corrosion compliance of connected pipelines, and rectify any non-compliant pipelines. Consider adding solid-liquid separation equipment before the compressor inlet for optimum protection.
3.3.6 Installing Inlet and Outlet Pipelines: Ensure that import and export pipelines are fitted with appropriate accessories as per the PI diagram, with pipelines supported independently from the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its essential ancillary equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified to perfection, you can proceed confidently with conducting the compressor operation test. This marks a pivotal moment in ensuring the seamless functionality of your system.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection wiring, intricately threaded through protective piping, should discreetly travel underground. Once the electric control cabinet is meticulously situated, forge a reliable connection by linking the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.
