Note: The wedge iron's bearing capacity should gracefully uphold no more than 40Kg/cm², ensuring unparalleled stability.

The axial level precision stands at an impressive 0.05/1000mm, while horizontal leveling demands a meticulous 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Masterful coupling alignment is crucial. Prior to commencing, ensure the following pivotal steps:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply, prioritizing safety.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield, paving the way for precise adjustments.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section, a necessary step for thorough examination.
4) Diligently inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring a pristine surface free of debris.
5) Confirm the motor bolt hole is optimally larger than the bolt, allowing for easy adjustments.
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's footing, insisting on flat, attachment-free gaskets for flawless adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a highly accurate laser alignment meter (customer-provided), with a precision of 0.01mm, to achieve precision alignment.
8) Prepare the necessary bracket for the dial indicator, as illustrated, ensuring steadfast support.

9) The motor hub mounting bracket facilitates the dial indicator's placement on the wheel hub's edge, precisely positioning the probe.
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts meticulously, aligning the compressor and motor center line with impressive accuracy.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the coupling's runout for precision assurance.;
12) Conclude by installing the coupling intermediate section after ensuring flawless motor idling.
3.3.4 Upon perfecting levelness and alignment, confidently tighten the anchor bolts. Post-operation, repeat the process to guarantee enduring performance.
3.3.5 The impeller, spinning at high velocity, requires protection from foreign substances. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine, matching the steam corrosion standards.
Consider implementing solid-liquid separation devices, like gas scrubbers, to safeguard the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 As you install compressor pipes, prioritize precision. Follow PI diagrams and ensure pipelines are adequately supported, avoiding undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Following the comprehensive installation of the main fan and its auxiliary components and upon achieving complete solidification of the concrete, it is now time to commence the operational test of the compressor. 3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself, ensuring optimal connectivity.
