3.3.1 Begin by securely positioning the compressor base on its designated foundation. Utilize carefully placed wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure the unit remains perfectly level.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons to stabilize the unit. Once level, spot weld the wedges in 4 to 5 places for secure anchoring. Users should custom manufacture these wedges according to specific site conditions.
Ensure the contact surface is well-finished to enable even contact with the inclined plane. Remember, the bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Achieve precise leveling using a level instrument. The axial level must be maintained at a precision of 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be maintained at 0.10/1000mm for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by meeting the following guidelines before commencing:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off to prevent accidental activation;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the connection points;
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for precise adjustments;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane to ensure it is free of debris, dirt, or any attachments that could disrupt balance;
5) Design motor bolt holes larger than the actual bolt size for flexibility in adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor's base. Ensure these gaskets are clean and perfectly flat, avoiding the use of unsuitable gaskets that could interfere with adjustments;
7) Employ a precise measurement tool like a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (to be procured by the customer);
8) Set up an appropriate bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the provided diagram;
9) Utilize a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator accurately on the hub’s edge, ensuring the dial indicator probe is placed on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By finely tuning the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center line. The deviation of the outer circle should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face deviation should be between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Upon satisfactory alignment, secure the motor foot bolts firmly and recheck the outer circle and end face runout for any discrepancies.;
12) Once alignment is confirmed, reassemble the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of casing 'levelness' and alignment, fasten the anchor bolts securely. After the mechanical trial operation, release and then retighten the bolts for maximum stability.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation means any solid or liquid intrusion can cause irreversible compressor damage. Thus, ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines are clean and compliant with the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be immediately addressed for rectification. It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment (such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines are fitted with necessary accessories as indicated in the PI diagram. Importantly, support the pipelines using an independent bracket to prevent undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 With the main fan and its auxiliary apparatus now in place and the concrete fully set and stable, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 For impeccable functionality, position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a strategic 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Ensure that the wiring is expertly threaded through an underground conduit, seamlessly connecting the compressor to the electric control cabinet. Once the control cabinet is stationed securely, harmonize the wiring terminals within it with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
