This advanced process fundamentally involves compressing the secondary steam—generated by the evaporator—using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Consequently, the heightened temperature allows the steam to return to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and inducing evaporation. This cycle ingeniously harnesses and recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, promoting sustainable and efficient energy use.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base onto the foundation. To achieve the perfect level, strategically position wedge-shaped shims underneath the base.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring precision. Once the unit is leveled, spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 points for stability.
Craft and install the wedge according to actual conditions, ensuring the contact surface is finished for uniform contact. The inclined plane's contact must be even, and
the wedge iron's load capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to verify the unit's precision. The axial level should be 0.05/1000mm, while the unit must maintain a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Perfectly center the coupling. Before aligning, ensure these prerequisites are satisfied:
1) Power down the main power supply absolutely;
2) Detach the coupling shield carefully;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section gently;
4) Check the motor installation plane for cleanliness and ensure freedom from obstructions;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts for easy adjustment;
6) Equip yourself with ample flat stainless steel gaskets for motor footing. Avoid inserting long, thin gaskets for alignment between motor and base;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy for precise measurements (customer to provide);
8) Have a suitable bracket ready to support the dial indicator as depicted below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for dial indicator placement on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the probe touches the outer compressor wheel hub;
10) Adjust surrounding motor foot bolts to align compressor and motor center lines as per instructions. Maintain a max deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle and 0.03~0.05mm for the coupling end face, with the motor shaft center line higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line;

11) Tighten motor foot bolts firmly while re-evaluating the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.
12) Following a motor idling test, reattach the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post leveling and alignment of the casing, firmly secure the anchor bolts. After mechanical or trial runs, retighten the bolts for optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a crucial high-speed component, requires protection from solids or liquids, which may cause irreversible damage. Ensure connecting pipelines are pristine and conform to the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines necessitate prompt rectification.
Introduce solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for enhanced performance.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, including necessary pipeline accessories per the PI diagram. Use additional brackets to support the pipelines, ensuring their weight does not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its supplementary apparatus have been expertly installed and the concrete foundation has fully set, the stage is set for the compressor's operational test. This pivotal moment ensures that the equipment is ready to deliver optimal performance, marking a key milestone in our installation process.
3.3.8 The compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. For the wiring process, utilize threading pipes for a seamless connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, with all components discreetly routed underground. Upon positioning the electric control cabinet, establish secure connections between the wiring terminals inside the cabinet and the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) lines. This meticulous setup ensures a cohesive and efficient operational environment.
