Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be seamlessly placed on the foundation, employing wedge-shaped shims beneath it for precise leveling adjustment. This ensures optimal stability and performance.
Alternate the placement of wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld these irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. Tailor the wedges according to your specific requirements, ensuring perfect alignment.
The wedge design and installation are to be custom-fitted by the user. They must ensure that the contact surface is impeccably finished to guarantee an even distribution across inclined planes.

3.3.2 Use a precision level to ascertain the unit's level. The axial and horizontal leveling must adhere to the stringent requirements of 0.05/1000mm and 0.10/1000mm, respectively.
This precise alignment is crucial for optimal efficiency and longevity of the unit.

3.3.3 For coupling alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are satisfied to facilitate accurate centering.
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety.
2) Detach the coupling shield meticulously.
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision.
4) Verify that the motor installation surface is flawlessly flat, free from any contaminants or foreign materials.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the actual bolt dimensions, allowing for necessary adjustments during alignment.
6) Equip yourself with an ample supply of pristine, flat stainless steel gaskets. Avoid using lengthy, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (to be sourced by the customer).
8) Have a suitable bracket ready, as depicted below, to support the dial indicator during the alignment process.

9) Attach the dial indicator to the motor hub mounting bracket, ensuring the probe is accurately positioned on the compressor hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet so the compressor and motor share a singular center line, adhering to a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line.

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, then reassess the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts for any deviations.;
12) Post motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section, ensuring all components are perfectly aligned.
3.3.4 Once the casing's level and alignment are perfected, tighten the anchor bolts. After a mechanical or trial run, loosen and retighten them for enhanced security.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation demands a pristine environment. Prevent any solids or liquids from entering as they can cause irreversible damage. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor meet stringent steam corrosion resistance standards. Rectify any discrepancies by integrating advanced separation equipment such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees.
It's advisable to place this equipment prior to the straight pipe at the compressor's entrance.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with all requisite pipeline accessories, guided by the PI diagram. Ensure pipelines are supported independently, avoiding any undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, it is time to proceed with the crucial compressor operation test.
