Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once you've attained a flawless level, execute a spot weld on these irons at 4 to 5 points for steadfast stability.
Craft the wedges tailored to your specific needs, ensuring an immaculate finish for the contact surface; this guarantees a seamless, even contact of the inclined plane.

8) Ready the shown bracket to support the dial indicator efficiently;

9) Deploy the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for affixing a dial indicator at the wheel hub's periphery, carefully placing the probe on the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) Through deft adjustments of the motor feet's bolts, ensure alignment where the compressor and motor center lines converge seamlessly, adhering to specified instructions, with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, and an end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Conclusively tighten the motor foot bolts, and meticulously reevaluate the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post achieving impeccable "levelness" and alignment of the casing, secure the anchor bolts firmly. Subsequent to mechanical operation (or trial operation), slacken the bolts slightly and retighten them with precision.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's status as a high-speed rotating marvel, it is paramount to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion that could inflict irreversible damage. Therefore, ensure the compressor's connected inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and align with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Rectify any non-compliant pipelines diligently.
It is advisable to install solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor's inlet straight pipe to enhance performance.
3.3.6 Execute the installation of both the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Import/export pipelines must feature appropriate pipeline accessories as guided by the PI diagram. Crucially, the pipeline connecting to the compressor demands independent support from a robust bracket, ensuring no undue stress is placed on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once you've securely installed the main fan and its supplementary equipment, and the concrete foundation has achieved full solidity, you're ready to embark on the thrilling compressor operation test. This marks a pivotal moment in ensuring the seamless performance and reliability of your innovative setup.
3.3.8 Ensuring optimal proximity, the compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The meticulously threaded pipe should facilitate the seamless underground connection of wiring from the compressor to the cabinet. Once the cabinet is perfectly situated, proceed to adeptly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a flawless integration for enhanced operational efficiency.
