Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally placed onto the prepared foundation; this is where wedge-shaped shims come into play to perfect the unit's level.

manufactured to the user's specifications, tailored to the actual situation. Ensure meticulous attention to detail as the contact surface must be flawless for even distribution.

6) Have ready an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's footing. Gaskets must be clean and flat—avoid using unsuitable long and thin gaskets.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with precision of 0.01mm, ensuring exactitude in measurement.
8) Prepare the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying figure.

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to accurately mount the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe precisely at the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub.
10) With careful adjustment of the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines with precision, maintaining a maximum deviation of 0.05mm on the outer circle, keeping the motor shaft center line slightly elevated than the compressor's low-speed shaft.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, reviewing both outer circle runout and end face runout for the coupling.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once aligning and leveling of the casing is achieved, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation, it's vital to loosen and retighten these bolts for reinforced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands protection. Any solid or liquid infiltrating this key component risks irreparable damage. Assure that all pipelines connected to the compressor are thoroughly cleaned and meet stringent steam corrosion standards. Remediate any non-compliant pipelines and consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet for optimal performance.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. These import and export pipelines must align with the PI diagram specifications and require their own supporting brackets. Remember, the compressor body should not bear their weight.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its accompanying equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved full solidity, the compressor is ready for its operational testing phase. Ensuring that all components are securely in place will guarantee a smooth testing process.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within 5 meters of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to the control cabinet should be executed using threading pipes that run underground. After positioning the electric control cabinet correctly, make sure to link the wiring terminals in the cabinet seamlessly with the lines at the remote DCS for optimal functionality.
