The fundamental principle of MVR involves compressing the evaporator-generated secondary steam with a steam compressor of high energy efficiency. This innovative process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in increased pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. It then returns to the evaporator, thus heating the materials and inducing evaporation. This advanced mechanism ensures the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, optimizing energy utilization and minimizing waste.
The oil-film high-speed direct drive steam compressor is an advanced type of turbine equipment powered by a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. Its innovative architecture features the impeller directly mounted at the motor's shaft extension end, while the rotor is expertly supported by an oil film bearing. This design facilitates a seamless direct drive through the high-speed motor, eliminating the need for a speed increasing box and coupling. This superior and streamlined configuration ensures optimal performance and reliability, making it an ideal choice for industrial applications that demand precision and efficiency.
3.3.1 To begin the seamless installation of your compressor, place the compressor base integrally on the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims under the base for precise level adjustments.
Expertly alternate two wedge-shaped irons, then level the unit. Secure the irons with spot welds at 4-5 key points to ensure stability.
The wedge must be custom-made and installed by the user. Ensure the contact surface is finished to achieve even contact with the inclined plane.

3.3.2 Utilize a precise level to achieve perfect alignment. The axial leveling criterion is 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal leveling demands 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with meticulous accuracy. Before commencing alignment, ensure these prerequisites are met:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield for unobstructed access.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for ease of alignment.
4) Verify that the motor installation plane is impeccably clean and free from debris.
5) Motor bolt holes should exceed bolt size, allowing for precise adjustments by loosening bolts.
6) Prepare ample, flawless stainless steel gaskets to support the motor, avoiding long and thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Equip yourself with a dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, which the customer needs to procure.
8) Ready the bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram.
9) Mount the motor wheel hub bracket to secure a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust motor feet bolts to align the motor and compressor center lines, ensuring minimal deviation and optimal alignment. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, and coupling end face precision between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Conclude by tightening motor foot bolts and reassessing both outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-achieving ideal levelness and alignment of the casing, firmly secure the anchor bolts. After mechanical trial operation, re-loosen and then retighten for optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller's precision is crucial, with high-speed rotations susceptible to irreversible damage from impurities. Ensure all connected pipelines are pristine and comply with steam corrosion standards. Install a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor inlet to maintain pipeline cleanliness.
3.3.6 Attach the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Ensure pipelines are outfitted with appropriate accessories according to the PI diagram. Use separate supports for pipelines to prevent undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its auxiliary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully cured, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. This test is pivotal to ensuring the seamless functionality and top-notch performance of the system.
3.3.8 To ensure optimal performance and safety, the compressor's electric control cabinet should be judiciously installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be securely established using a threading pipe routed underground. After positioning the electric control cabinet, meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a robust and reliable system interface.
