The core principle behind this technology lies in the remarkable process where the secondary steam produced by the evaporator is efficiently compressed using our state-of-the-art steam compressor with high energy efficiency. This transformative process converts electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an impressive increase in pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The heated secondary steam is then cyclically rerouted back to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials and induces evaporation. Through this seamless process, the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam is ingeniously recycled, offering a sustainable solution that enhances overall energy efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally positioned on the foundation. To ensure optimal stability and precision, place wedge-shaped shims under the base. These shims are used to fine-tune and adjust the unit's level.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately beneath the base. Once the unit is leveled to perfection, proceed to spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points, anchoring them securely.
The user should manufacture and install the wedges tailored to their specific scenario. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished for even contact across the inclined plane.

3.3.2 Use a precision level to achieve meticulous leveling. The unit's axial precision should be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be achieved with an exactitude of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Perfecting the Coupling Alignment: Before initiating the alignment, the following critical steps must be followed to ensure flawless operation:
1) Safely turn off the main power supply, ensuring a secure and hazard-free environment;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield, paving the way for the alignment process;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision and care;
4) Inspect the motor's installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and unwanted attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is larger than the bolt size to facilitate seamless loosening and adjustment of the motor;
6) Prepare ample, pristine stainless steel gaskets to precisely cover the motor's foot. Gaskets should be flat and free of any attachments. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for insertion between the motor and base.
7) Use a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Ready the bracket designed to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe precisely on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the surrounding motor foot bolts to align the compressor and motor centerline accurately, ensuring the maximum outer circle deviation is 0.05mm. The motor shaft centerline should be slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft centerline, with a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts tightly and re-evaluate the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout for absolute precision.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, reattach the coupling's intermediate section with care.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, tighten the anchor bolts securely. After mechanical operation or trial runs, it is imperative to loosen and retighten the bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation demands utmost care, as any solid or liquid ingress can lead to irreversible damage. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculately clean and adhere to the system's specified steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing to meet these criteria must be rectified immediately.
It is strongly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe leading to the compressor's inlet for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Precisely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Import and export pipelines should be equipped with the designated pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure that the pipeline connected to the compressor is independently supported by a dedicated bracket, preventing any weight from being borne by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its ancillary equipment is complete, and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, you can proceed with the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that all components are functioning optimally, setting the stage for unparalleled efficiency in your pharmaceutical wastewater treatment processes. Every detail meticulously checked and verified for peak performance.
3.3.8 For optimal control and ease of maintenance, ensure the electric control cabinet of the compressor is strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the unit. Employ underground threading pipes to seamlessly link the compressor to the control cabinet, ensuring unobtrusive and safe wiring. Once the control cabinet is securely in place, expertly connect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, creating a seamless integration that guarantees precise control and monitoring of the High-Performance Steam Compressor.
