This process converts electrical energy into thermal energy, enhancing both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and instigating evaporation, thereby enabling the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the installation by securely positioning the compressor base on its designated foundation. To achieve perfect leveling, strategically place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring the unit's levelness. After achieving balance, spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 points for durability. Customize the
wedge installation according to real-time conditions, ensuring a finished contact surface for a seamless connection.
The weight bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's alignment. Adhere to these accuracy standards: the axial level must be 0.05/1000mm and the horizontal level 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure meticulous alignment of the coupling. Prior to starting, confirm these essential steps:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield to access crucial components;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for proper inspection;
4) Verify the motor's installation plane is free of debris or dust to ensure flawless installation;
5) Choose motor bolt holes slightly larger than the bolts, allowing looseness for motor adjustments;
6) Ensure ample stainless steel gaskets are ready to fully support the motor's feet. These gaskets must be flat and free from any attachments—avoid using long or thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy) as provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to hold the dial indicator securely as illustrated in the diagram below;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to attach a dial indicator, placing its probe against the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Carefully adjust the bolts at the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the outer circle deviation does not exceed 0.05mm, and maintain the motor shaft center line higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft. Coupling end face should be within 0.03-0.05mm;

11) Once alignment is achieved, tighten the motor foot bolts, then review both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for perfection;
12) After a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section to complete the setup.
3.3.4 Post alignment and leveling, secure the casing by tightening the anchor bolts. Following mechanical or trial operations, loosen and re-tighten the bolts to ensure stability.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotation, any solid or liquid intrusion can damage the compressor irreversibly. Ensure connected pipelines are pristine and compliant with steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification. Consider installing solid-liquid separation tools, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, at the compressor inlet for enhanced protection.

3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. According to the PI diagram, fit all necessary pipeline accessories. Ensure pipelines are supported independently and do not impose weight on the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has achieved complete solidification, it is time to proceed with the compressor operation test. This step marks a pivotal moment in ensuring the system's flawless performance.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring connection, an integral part of the setup, should be executed by threading the pipe underground, ensuring a seamless and unobtrusive arrangement. Once the electric control cabinet is precisely positioned, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS).
