This cutting-edge process works by compressing the secondary steam generated by the evaporator using a high-efficiency steam compressor, transforming electrical energy into thermal energy. This conversion elevates both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam, which is then channeled back into the evaporator. Here, it effectively heats the materials, inducing evaporation, thereby achieving the remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.
The DM series Single-stage Geared Steam Compressor is an engineering marvel, predominantly composed of the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrumentation, and an anti-surge control system. It boasts a compact structure that not only ensures efficient operation but also facilitates easy maintenance, making it an ideal choice for sustainable and reliable operation.
3.3.1 The compressor base should be elegantly positioned integrally on the foundation, with wedge-shaped shims placed underneath to ensure the unit is perfectly level.
Strategically place two wedge-shaped irons alternately, and post-leveling, spot weld these irons at 4-5 points for optimal stability.
The user must manufacture and install the wedge according to specific requirements, ensuring the contact surface is superbly finished for even contact of the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level for precision leveling. The unit's axial level should be an impeccable 0.05/1000mm, and its horizontal level a precise 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure this exacting standard is met for supreme operational efficiency.
3.3.3 Achieve coupling precision with the following alignment prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is decisively turned off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section, laying the groundwork for precision;
4) Scrupulously check the motor installation plane for any impurities, dirt, or attachments that could impede performance;
5) Guarantee that motor bolt holes exceed bolt size for adjustable flexibility during motor alignment;
6) Amass a sufficient supply of stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are flat and free from contaminants, steering clear of long and thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize customer-provided dial indicators or laser alignment meters, boasting an extraordinary accuracy of 0.01mm;
8) Secure the dial indicator with a bracket as depicted below for steadfast support;
9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the hub's edge, providing a precise measurement on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By fine-tuning adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines with utmost precision, maintaining a thrilling maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle, and ensuring coupling end face values fall between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Conclude by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Seamlessly install the intermediate section of the coupling post-motor idling test for assured performance.
3.3.4 After refining the "levelness" and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts with confidence. Post-mechanical operation or trial runs, loosen and retighten to ensure enduring solidity.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must be protected from any foreign solid or liquid intrusion to avoid irreversible compressor damage. The inlet and outlet pipelines must be impeccably clean and comply with the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification.To bolster protection, incorporate solid-liquid separation apparatus like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Carefully install compressor inlet and outlet pipes, adorning them with appropriate pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure the pipelines are supported by separate brackets, affirming that their weight does not burden the majestic compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete is thoroughly solidified, embark upon the compressor operation test to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 For seamless operation, position the electric control cabinet within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Ensure the wiring from the compressor to the cabinet is securely connected using underground threading pipes. Once the electric control cabinet is skillfully positioned, expertly connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines leading to the remote DCS, guaranteeing a flawless integration.
