3.3.6 Seamlessly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adorn import and export pipelines with requisite pipeline accessories as detailed in the PI diagram. Crucially, ensure the weight of the pipeline is independently supported, safeguarding the compressor's structural integrity.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its related equipment are seamlessly installed and the concrete has fully solidified, we can proceed to the crucial step of conducting the compressor operation test. This step ensures that all components are functioning optimally, laying the foundation for superior performance.
3.3.8 For optimal installation, position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Facilitate a streamlined connection by using a threading pipe to guide the wiring underground from the compressor to the cabinet. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, expertly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
