Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Position the compressor base seamlessly on its designated foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling of the unit.
Alternately position two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring the unit is precisely leveled. Secure the wedges by spot welding at 4 to 5 key points for stability.
Manufacture and install the wedges based on the unique aspects of your setup, ensuring a smooth, even contact surface.
The contact plane must be inclined evenly, and the load capacity of each wedge iron should not surpass 40Kg/cm
2). Follow these guidelines to ensure a stable and secure installation.
3.3.2 Use precision tools, like a level, to attain impeccable accuracy. The unit's axial alignment should be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal alignment must reach 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Ensure all prerequisites are met before initiating the alignment:
1) Disconnect the main power to ensure safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield carefully for full access;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it's free of debris or obstructions;
5) Ensure the motor's bolt holes exceed the bolt size for easy adjustment and alignment.
6) Equip yourself with ample stainless steel gaskets to provide full support to the motor's foot, ensuring no attachments or irregularities.
7) Utilize tools like a dial indicator or a highly accurate laser alignment meter, both self-provided, for precision measurements.
8) Prepare the specified bracket to securely hold and position the dial indicator as depicted below.

9) Mount a dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket, strategically placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub edge.
10) Through meticulous adjustment of bolts surrounding the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center line perfectly.

11) Firmly secure the motor foot bolts and re-evaluate the alignment for both the outer circle and end face.Check for any deviations and correct as necessary.
12) Post motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section to finalize the setup.
3.3.4 After achieving the desired 'levelness' and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post-trial operation, revisit the bolts for a secondary tightening.
3.3.5 The impeller boasts high-speed rotation; thus, any intruding solids or liquids can cause lasting harm to the compressor. Ensure all pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and compliant with the steam corrosion standards.
Implement solid-liquid separation devices, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet to safeguard system integrity.
3.3.6 Securely install both the inlet and outlet pipelines, ensuring they are equipped with appropriate accessories as outlined in the PI diagram.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and all of its auxiliary equipment is completed and the concrete has fully set, you are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test.
